Could not be more convenient. DeShawn came to the house to install a new system in my son’s convertible. Nothing fancy, but nice, clean install, and his experience shows.
Now my daughter is whining that SHE needs a new Bluetooth head unit in HER car.

Installation of a head unit could not have been easier!
I want to thank Mr. Howard for the outstanding installation service he provided while I was on the job! Talk about convenience. He promptly gave me a quote, answered all of my questions — which were a lot — gave me a recommendation based on my needs — and saved me some money. He was on time for the appointment, showed me how to operate the unit and even took the time to do some of the programming himself. I ended up with a great unit which makes my commute so much more enjoyable. I will be calling again and referring all of my friends. Thanks!

I had an issue with my Alpine Sirius/​XM radio. This was done as waranty work so I have no idea on pricing. But on Customer Service, this company is tops. I had to call and leave a message, but was called back to set and appointment within 24 hours. DeShawn came to my home at the time we had agreed on. He had the radio fixed in about 5 minutes. But he took the time to show me what he was doing. Next time I might even be able to fix it myself. This at home service was sooooo super convenient I’m never going to a big box store to have a car radio fixed or installed again. This company is top notch (and I’m extremely picky and hard to please!).

I just wanted someone to install a stereo I bought online so I sent Drops an email from their website. They gave me an estimate and let me know that I would need a wire harness and car kit to properly install, which I already knew and bought along with the unit after my research. Even though I already had everything needed, I thought it was impressive that they let me know ahead of time when I was just asking for prices so I wouldn’t be caught off guard or surprised after scheduling an install. Their price was very reasonable (much cheaper than best buy) and the fact that they come right out to my house to do the work made it even better. I sent another email a couple days later after deciding to have them install the new unit. They got back to me just a few hours later and scheduled for the very next day. The install Tech came out and was extremely friendly and helpful. He had everything ready to go in less than an hour and I was very happy with the work. He even installed the microphone that came with my unit to use with the cell phone features. He hid the wire behind my console and placed the wire above the visor in a very inconspicuous place. I didn’t even mention doing this part and wasn’t expecting it to be part of the install process, but I was very happy and impressed. I would highly recommend using them. Don’t let the fact that they may not answer the phone when you call deter you. I figured they were busy and since they are a mobile installation company they are probably out of the office quite a bit. You can leave a message or email them like I did and they will get back to you pretty quickly.

My only other car stereo installation experience involved awkwardly loitering around in the environs of a Best Buy for hours while the Geek Squad did their thing. When it came time to replace the pathetic factory stereo system in my new car, I cringed at the idea of having to venture OTP, brave traffic, and spend hours in a weird location waiting on an install.
After getting a bunch of quotes for the installation of a new head unit, speakers, Bluetooth setup and backup camera – I already had the equipment and just needed the install – I settled on Drops. I filled out the contact form on their website on a Sunday and was contacted first thing on Monday. Jacob showed up a few minutes early, spent hours in the infernal heat fiddling around in my car, and gave me a ring when he was done. He taught me how to use the equipment even though I didn’t buy it from them, and he had a credit card machine with him and ran it right from my driveway. It was super convenient, the price was comparable to non-​mobile services, and I didn’t even have to leave my house. Thanks, Drops, for helping facilitate my hermit-​like tendencies that kick in when Atlanta is hot as hell.

Well I read so many great reviews on
…so I decided to give Drops Mobile Electronics, Inc a try. I called last week to see if they could put an alarm on my car & install a CD player. The first time i called, I got the answer machine. It said they would return all calls. No return call! I called again the next day & actually talked to a guy. He said that he would call me back in 10 minutes with information…45 minutes pass & no one has called back. So i call a third time & receive the VM once again. So I let a week pass (trying to give them a chance thinking they were super busy or something the week prior) and call again. The guy from Drops picks up the phone & asks if he can call me back in 10 – 15 minutes later. That was Friday… i’m sitting here at 7:02 pm Sat still waiting on the call (irony)…i’m really dissappointed to read all these great reviews on Kudzu about them and then be treated this way. So I guess i’ll have to take my business elsewhere…
