Every time I come to this place, they won’t ever tell me my lab results through the phone. They «recommend» me coming into the office and paying another copay to hear my results even though the results are nothing. Also, I recently needed my immunization records for college. Most clinics would be okay if you emailed them the form and your information so they would be able to fill it out and send it back to you or fax it to the school. Here, they want you to come in and make an appointment just to be able to see your immunization records, then come in another day and make an appointment to pick up the form from the doctor… Each visit is $ 20. This place is just trying to make money. I only came here because my parents come here. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go here. The receptionists are always in a bad mood too.
