This company is horrible, staff are unknowledgeable, rude. They charge a $ 40 fee to pay rent on line. I would rate them a damn zero if I could!!!

We just got a new A/C on August 13th and on August 27 are A/C started messing up to the point it is 10 degrees over what we have it set for. As you can see in the picture, its definitely not working. Since the 27th, we have called AH4R every day and nothing has been done. On the 27th, someone will contact you within 24 hours nobody did, so we called on the 28th and the maintenance coordinator was suppose to contact us back shortly since they were unable to find a vendor to come check it out, and now today they transferred us to a maintenance coordinator and since the A/C unit is under warranty, they are trying to contact the company that they hired to install it for us! We are ready to contact BBB and file a complaint. It’s sad when the inside of our house is the same temperature as the outside even with the A/C turned on. Any help is appreciated with getting this problem fixed! We are not renewing our lease next year. We have had a $ 300 power bill the past 2 months because they took too long to fix it the first time! This is the 3rd time this summer we have contacted them about our A/C not working properly.

Don’t get fooled by the 1 star, there are no negative stars avaliable! DONOTUSETHISCOMPANY! SLUMLORDSISBEINGPOLITE. Worst customer service, property management, maintenance and overall ability to provide any type of service. Run away from this company. Live in your car before doing ANY business with them!!!

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with in terms of service of ANY kind. We are renting and had issues with the property upon move-in. Its a newer house, built in 2006. So one would imagine that most appliances and other issues would be minimal. The only way to get any maintenance issues remedied in the house is to submit an «Online Maintenance Request» on their crappy website, at which point it just sits there on the submission page. No call back for days. They subcontract out overworked, local vendors to do their maintenance work. This is yet another poor service decision on their part. When we moved in initially in July, it took 1MONTH to to have the A/C serviced in our house that was not cooling properly. Its still not cooling properly in the hottest part of the day. We are located in FL. Still waiting on them. The following week our dishwasher went out. I put in an Online Maintenance Request on September 6. Two weeks later, a service person FINALLY made it out to tell me the dishwasher was broken. Really? Now its 3 weeks later, still NO working dishwasher. And to top it all off, I’m on hold with their«Service Department» 800 number. I’m giving them a chance to redeem themselves. It has been 3 months and so far, the WORST service department of any company I’ve experienced.

I have never been so disgusted by a companies«customer service» in my life. I echo the sentiments of the other people who have taken the time to leave reviews. This company is horrible. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from them. I am now in the unfortunate position of pursuing legal measures because the company violated several state laws regarding the return of my security deposit. You will regret renting from this company. Oh by the way, I would leave zero stars if I could.
