I am so glad I found T and S Hardwood!!! They did a fantastic job on patching our hardwood floors from the 40’s!!! We have a home we are in the process of selling and our floors had some recent termite damage. You can barely tell where the new boards are. In fact, the only place you can really tell is where the wood was replaced from termites 5 years ago when we first bought the house. Obviously the previous owners did not find craftsman like Tim and Shawn!!! I asked for business cards to leave for the new owners as well as to keep for myself on hand because when we finally buy our forever home I need hardwood floors and these are the guys I am going to call.

The best installers and the best price. No one even comes close with their level of knowledge and skill. I had a tricky floor with concrete issues with uneven spots. They came the day before the install, fixed the issues and did it right the first time. But they are also honest, which is a rare quality these days.

They are great at talking on the phone — but not great at following up on what was discussed. Required many many follow up calls — and some areas of the floor still aren’t right. The main part of my floor looks great, but they tore up the baseboards. And when repairing two areas on a subsequent visit, they used a different finish — so I’ve got two areas that look different.
