Terrible customer service. Said they could take me in for an appointment. Called off work only to find out when I got there they don’t take Blue Shield PPO. I even asked on phone. Horrible

This is a joke, right? The same Ramon Fakhoury that violated his patients in the WORST way in 2011?

Our family started seeing Dr. Fakhoury about a year ago and find him to be very thorough and thoughtful. He has an amazing front office staff too which is a bit rare these days. They are efficient and pleasant. We found a jewel!

Dr. Fakhoury is EXCELLENT! My family and I have been going to him ever since we moved to town in 2010 and my wife found him from reviews on Unilocal.He has cared for us through illnesses and broken bones. He has always been there for us and has gone beyond regular office hours in emergencies to see to our needs. He has a great staff. We never have to wait for long periods. He is great at listening to us and hearing our concerns before diagnosing us. We are really glad we found him. He is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend him!

My whole family comes to him and he is an awesome doctor who doesn’t try to push anything on you (vaccines, medicine) that you aren’t comfortable with. He is kind and gentle with my kids and has always been great with my husband and I. We moved but still make the 30 minute drive as we hardly ever wait to see him. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Fakhoury is definitely a great doctor. He’s is so attentive and makes you feel like you are important. Last couple times I’ve gone in. Never had to wait very long and even days after he has personally called to check up on me. It’s been a while since I’ve been in. Which is a very good thing. But they are on top of my yearly exams and check ups! I really do recommend him to anyone looking for a good doctor! Hopefully I can continue to have him as my doctor. Since now days insurance changes kind of dictate where you can go to! Thumbs up to his staff and doctor Fakhoury!

Dr Fakhoury is a great doctor. My husband has struggled with his diabetes on and off for the last 9 years and Dr. Fakhoury is making gains with him. He really checked my husband out medically and helped set goals for my husband to get back on track with his health. I couldn’t be more greatful for his time and patience! My husband is feeling better than before, thanks to Dr Ramon!

I have been seeing Dr. Fakhoury for years. He is hands down the best Dr I have ever had. He takes the time to listen to your concerns. Dr Fakoury is always respectful and extremely kind. I was pretty sick a few years back and he was personally calling to check on me and give me lab results. You will not find another Dr that is so attentive to their patients as he is to his. I highly recommend him to everyone in need of primary Dr.

Doc is professional and attentive. He actually listens to parents concerns and addresses them Vice dismissing them like so many others.

Greatest doctor ever.
I almost hate to write what I truly believe about this doctor all for selfish reasons. When you look up Dr. F in Webster’s dictionary his picture should be right there.
This doctor is the most caring, concern, well versed person I have seen in decades. I take my father-​in-​law who is 85 to him. Now my father-​in-​law it isn’t the easiest patient to deal with. Yet Dr. F always gives him the utmost attention and respect anyone could ever ask.
Being that he is 85 and in a wheelchair doctor visits are not always the easiest thing to do. Knowing this Dr F is always and I say always extremely accommodating.
If you are looking for the perfect family doctor I highly recommend Dr. F. You will be extremely happy that you chose him as your family doctor. I’m not sure what his patient load is, but I can easily see it becoming such that he would no longer be taking new patients if that isn’t the case already.

Just moved from out of state and am so lucky to have found Dr. Fakhoury. I have a somewhat complicated health history, but he took the time to listen and assess my needs. Was able to get a Saturday appt with no problem, and great referrals to specialists. Front desk staff and nurses were great too. Highly recommend Dr. Fakhoury to family and friends!

By far the best Dr. I could ask for. Treats my mother as if she was his own. I have been taking my mother to him for some time now and my mother would never consider seeing another Dr.

My first visit was about 1.5 year ago, and I’ve been going there ever since. Dr. Fakhoury really spent time to understand and hear all of my concerns. His prescribed treatments are effective. I have a condition that many doctors overlooked, but he didn’t just brush it off as «nothing». He is friendly, respectful, and kind, and his staffs are, too. When I need an urgent appointment, they would do their best to fit me in right away.

The most caring, respectful doctor i have been to. He is one of the few doctors out there who takes his time on his patients and listens to all their concerns.

Found my new doctor!!! I have never felt so comfortable at a doctor’s office and the hospitality is off the charts. I will recommend him to anyone who asks. A+++++++++

Dr Fakhoury is the kindest Dr I have ever been to. I have been his patient for several years. @Liliana — Dr. Fakhoury has never and will never do anything even similar to what he’s being accused of. And I’m pretty sure he has better things to do than call you in for a second papsmear just to get another look at you haha… come on! He’ll be found innocent and hopefully he can move on. I, along with my entire family, have been going to him since he opened his own practice and he’s never been anything but caring. If he called you in again it was for your own benefit and to ensure your well being. Ridiculous post.

I have know Dr. Fakhoury for some time now and do not agree with theses accusations. I have witnessed him always having someone in the room if the person was from a different sex. My friends and family go to his office and have always been satisfied with how caring he is with our healthcare. I hope that his family and him get through this. We hope to continue having him as our Doctor after he is proven innocent.

I would like say that I have been a patient of Dr Fakhoury since 2009 and I have the greatest respect for him.
He not only treats me, but also my son, my brother, my niece and a lot of friends also. I have never heard of any wrong doings by Dr Fakhoury from anyone. He has never, ever treated me or my family or friends inappropriately. He is such a caring doctor, he has the best bed side manner and he is one of the few doctors who actually cares about your well being. He doesn’t rush you and he is always willing to listen to your issues and concerns.
I am stunned and shocked that he is having to suffer thru these accusations, not only him but his family too. It is a true shame,. I do not understand why these woman would accuse him of this. I hope that he is found innocent and he can put this all behind him sooner than later.
You will not find a better doctor than this.

The most caring doctor we have every been to. He got my husband in on an emergency visit for a dog bite and had him come in everyday for three days in a row to make sure it was getting better. He even took time out of his busy Saturday hospital schedule and met him at his office to check it one more time. Staff was very friendly too. Went out of their way for him. That is the kind of doctor we will recommend to all our friends and will definetly go back again. Thank you.
