i was hoping to buy a truck here at norco… which i did. THE WORST DECISION I HAVE MADE. the custumer service here is just bad. i do not recommend anyone coming here. i bought a truck, and that same day something went wrong so i had to bring it back. they didnt want to give me my money back. we had a bad argument. if i could id give them a minus negative 5 star rating. DONT BUY HERE!

It’s time to turn the page here folks, I had the best truck buying experience here the other week and I couldn’t stand idle and not speak up.
I inquire about a certain Ford truck and I get an e-​mail back from sales lady named Bita with all the particulars, so I decide to drive the 35 miles and check it out. It wasn’t the exactly what i was looking for, but I spot a 2013 F150 Super Crew Cab, with an Eco Boost Turbo. Bita comes out and hands me the keys and tells me to take it for a spin. I took off and wanted to see what this truck could do, so i run it hard and fly down the 15 Fwy giving this truck all she’s got!
I didn’t ask the price till I got back, I just figured it was in the $ 22K — $ 25K range, and then I thought i was going to have a fight on my hands to get my price. Bita offers the truck (with a clean title and car fax) at fair market price for $ 18,900 and I was just shocked, this truck is straight as an arrow and runs super clean. So I figure I’ll ask them to drop the price $ 500 and I’ll buy it. I am now the proud owner of a super clean, and hassle free truck buying experience! The even topped off the fuel when i picked up the truck!

Avoid Norco Truck Center at all cost. The truck I purchased broke down within a month off the lot. Endless engine and transmission problems. Seriously I cannot stress out how much not to purchase a vehicle from here.

Vincent is the most unprofessional and rude sales rep. It’s unfortunate that he is a manager is he is really the manager of the store.
He was not willing to work with our budget and he did not take a time to show us other options. He was afraid to give the owners name because he know how he mistreats his customers.
Don’t come here. They are desperate making their commission and not willing to sell a 2007 model truck that has been sitting there for two months. It make sense my the parking lot is full of trucks not being sold.

I recently bought a truck at this place and I had a good experience… After I checked some reviews I had some doubts about driving 450 miles to check out the truck I was looking for but It was worth it. Bita was the sales person who gave us excellent service without any pressure, in fact she helped us with all the information needed for the purchase, gave us different financial options, and made Us feel welcome. I bought a Ford F-​350 and So Far it is running great!! i highly recommend Norco Truck Center.

We waited for about 45 minutes, nobody was in the office, but it was all unlocked, including the office with all the keys in it. When the employees came in, we were not greeted and were told they are busy. Once they finished with a guest, the employee walked outside to smoke a cigarette and make a phone call. We went outside to talk to him and he dropped his cigarette on my boyfriends foot! Unbelievably terribly customer service.

THE WORST SALES REP Went there just to look after driving 2 hours. Two salesmen working on saturday, no other customers were there. My son asked one of the guys if he worked there he said yes but he saw you first, the other guy walked up and said no you can help him and they argued back and forth on who would help us. Finally told them forget it and walked to leave and all they did was laugh at the doors. I would not recommend them to sell a tonka truck. Was warned about this place but like to make our judgment and agree with everyone THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE

Sharks. Unfortunately my parents bought a truck here. Of course they gave then the world when it was time to buy the truck. The day that I drove up with my parents from San Diego to pick up the truck after to pay for a whole other story. Ernie is a salesman to stay away from. After promising my parents the truck will be ready its not. Currently they can’t even find the truck! I feel like they’re taking advantage of old people. I’m amazed this place is even in business.

After 3 months trying to find the right truck in Los Angeles, I finally found the perfect one at Norco. With over 100 models to choose from, the salesman listened to my needs and made a great recommendation. A 2011 F450 Cab and Chassis flatbed. Already pre approved by my credit union, the transaction was quick and simple. The price was non-​negotiable, but already $ 8k under blue book, and a great deal. The flatbed was older than the truck itself, so a little rusty, but manageable. I brought the truck to my trusted mechanic for a full inspection, and everything checked out great. The truck has been a reliable part of our fleet since June. For those complaining about their purchase, I’d be curious to know if they did their homework, and due diligence before purchasing. This is a dealership that sells trucks from fleet purchases, and auctions, so they don’t necessarily know the true mechanical condition of the vehicle. The choice is yours.

Ok, I will try to keep this short even though I have a LOT to say about this place. I drove a long way to get a truck from there, drove it back home and definitly felt trans issues. The 30 day warranty states that they will cover half of the parts/​labor for the powertrain, what it doesn’t say is that you have to repair it at their location only to honor that. We took it to the dealer to have it inspected and turns out it needs a whole new transmission =$ 4000. The truck will not make it there and they will not help with towing or rental. As a dealer, they really should be inspecting and fixing these cars before putting it on their lot. And briefly getting to know the condition of their trucks, I fear that the repair at their location will only be temporary and we will be spending more money than we should eventually buying a whole new trans like they should’ve done in the beginning. With all the out of the way tasks we have to do to use their 30 day warranty, it all eventually adds up to the same price as the brand new trans from the dealer. With all this being said, if you still plan to purchase a vehicle here I definitely recommend paying for the 3 day return fee; they are knowingly selling vehicles with issues that are dangerous without notifying the buyer.

Bought a 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD 8.1 Crew Cab 4×4 from this dealership.
After being told it was cleaned, safety inspected, and the lights replaced, let me tell you how badly they lied to me.
The lights had tissues where the bulbs should be, which I found out driving home and the lights didn’t come on. The rear brake seals leaked and the rear brake was disconnected. The read differential was bad. The transmission had half fluid. The heater core hose was taped together, and busted. There was only water in the radiator, no coolant. There was no oil in the engine. The air conditioning went out within 2 weeks of purchase. The driver’s seat doesn’t move. The alignment was out, and the tires were switched to the back to cover up the metal coming through the sidewall of the tire. There was about an inch of dirt under the seats, and when I closed the glove compartment, tons of dirt came out from the dashboard. The air cleaner was loaded with off road dirt. The winshield was put in improperly, so it leaks badly ruining the headliner. All of these things were covered up, and I was lied to about. I drove hours to pick up this truck, and it was total junk within 2 weeks. Even the shocks gave out shortly after buying it. I have put $ 5000 additional into the truck since purchasing it, and I’m telling you that being a disabled, they took advantage that I couldn’t physically inspect the vehicle.

Purchased a Ford F450 a couple weeks ago with a 30 day /​1,000 mile warranty. Injectors have failed and need to be replaced. Most likely reason is that the truck sat for too long without being run. We are well within the 30 days but 200 miles over. For 5 business days now I keep getting the excuse that the owner is out when I call and no one knows when he will be in. I can’t get anyone to call me back to discuss this. Looks like this is just another company that just wants the sale and then if there is an issue ignores you. Very frustrating.

Signed up for Unilocal just to warn people not to come here! The WOST place I have ever tried to do business in. Way overpriced if you look at their vehicles on KBB they have them on the lot for 5k to 6k over the fair price and refuse to go down from the window price when you try to negotiate. I took a 13,000 dollar truck for trade and I have had offers on it for 11.5k and 12k and they offered me 6.5k THESE PEOPLE ARE A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! WARRNING do not come here you will waste your time and money I don’t know how they are still in business.

Spoke with Ben at noon, said truck did not have dents, drove up from San Diego to Norco to find the truck had a bed on it from another vehicle and the bed was older than the vehicle year. It also had multiple dents and scratches in the utility bed. The rack was not OEM either which hadn’t been mentioned. If the truck would have been as described in print and verbally, I would have purchased it that day but of course, he also left out the small detail that financing takes at least 4 hours, so all in all, a WASTED trip.
Very disappointed! Also, don’t sit on their dirty couches!!!

I called today see if a vehicle was still available. They said the vehicle which was a truck was still available. I drove an hour away and when I arrived they said that they do not have the vehicle and tried to sell me a different vehicle. Bait and Switch? I decided to go to a different dealer to check out my other options.

DO NOT do business with these shady folks! All of the other reviews are spot on: dishonest, arrogant and just bad business! I put a deposit on a truck that I was told had no prior engine repairs but when I ran the VIN I found out that the radiator, engine cooler, and emissions system had all been replaced! I told them I no longer want the truck and now they don’t want to give my deposit back. SHADY!!!

We have bought 2 commercial vehicles from Norco Truck Center and overall were pleased with our experience and both trucks. The only complaint I have is that they cashed a $ 1700 check that they said they were just going to hold and then it took us quite a while and several phone calls to get the $ 1700 check back from them.

BEWARE!!! This place is a rip off!!! I spent almost the same in repairs as I did to buy my van. Left me devastated in the first couple days I had it.

Horrible experience. At first we were very happy with who we were dealing with, Guillermo, very kind gentleman who seemed honest and straight shooting. My husband (a diesel mechanic) found a truck we were interested in purchasing, and we already had been pre-​approved for with our credit union. We were looking to trade in his Mazda Speed 3, for a fair price. We spoke with a woman who was very kind and found a fair KBB price on my husband’s car. We mentioned a couple of minor issues with the truck that we needed fixed, or the price adjusted for our out of pocket costs. The people helping us were very amiable.
But then we learned that Guillermo had no negotiating power and we had to speak with his boss, the man that I’m assuming other reviewers were referring to when they mentioned an «arrogant man with a heavy accent». This man was SHADY!
He offered us over $ 2k less than what his own coworker said we should be getting for trade in value! He also would not budge on the truck price, which was more than $ 2k over the KBB value of the truck in good condition (which this truck was not, cracked windshield, needed 4 new tires, broken air conditioning, stains on the interior, some issues with the seat bracket being loose and part of the center console was broken).
He told us he wouldn’t be able to sell my husband’s car because it was a stick shift (6 speed turbo). Which is untrue we’ve had dealerships very interested in this car, but they didn’t have any trucks we were interested in… and he also tried to tell us that the lift kit on the truck we were looking at was worth $ 6k (yeah right!!).
This man was so rude. And lost business because he absolutely low balled us, and treated us like suckers. Unaware that we literally had a check in my purse that we could have given them today if they had just been reasonable. All together bad business. And from what I’m reading on here now, these people have lost a LOT of business because of this man and his inability to price fairly.
Oh well Norco truck and auto barn are across the street and willing to work with us! Norco truck center’s loss.

Your arrogance is appalling. First off, I’m the least racist person you’ll ever meet. Second, if you have so many degrees in such complex fields, your English should and would be better. Speaking correctly is a token of intelligence. An accent is fine, hell I have one myself.
It’s a simple fact that selling a vehicle with safety issues, such as bald tired, is illegal. And to be honest, I don’t give a s*** if you sell these trucks a dime a dozen to businesses. If you are going to sell to the average consumer you better recheck the way you do business or the only sales you’ll get is from commercial customers and thus you’ll NEVER grow. People like you make me sick, and that had nothing to do with your origin… Pull your head out of your @$$.
