Had an easy buying process and after two weekend outings when the trailer jack broke. Norco RV sent out a repair man within 48 hours and installed a new one, the electric kind. They also touched up a couple very minor manufacturing issues that they had no control of. We love our trailer and appreciate the prompt repair of these unforeseen issues. The last two weekends with this trailer have been awesome. I look forward to Norco RV supporting our family for years to come.

Mark and I looked for months, checking out toy haulers, travel trailers, even considering vintage trailers. We visited large dealerships and dealt with private parties. After reading the Unilocal reviews we decided to check out Norco RV. Robert was informative, respectful, and let us make an informed decision without any pressure or the usual sales pitch. We also met the regional sales rep from Eclipse, and he also spent time with us and answered our many questions. I would certainly would recommend Norco Rv if you want a fair priced RV, along with courteous treatment!

I purchased my first toy hauler from Norco RV Center. I spent a lot of time researching and going to many different dealers before finally making the move to purchase from Norco RV. Going to a large dealer is all about the sale. Going to Norco RV is about the customer satisfaction.
I have had a couple manufacturer issues with my 2016 toy hauler which Robert is quick to step in and make sure I am taken care of. He has also kept his word which is priceless.

I’d highly recommend Norco RV Center to anyone looking to buy or sell a RV. Working with Robert and his team was awesome. Very knowledgable, friendly, respectable crew that made buying my brand new 2015 Iconic Toy Box a very easy and pleasant experience. Many different brands and options to choose from, new and used. Laid back, no pressure family experience that you could only get from a family owned/​operated dealer like Norco RV. Very easy to pick RV up after purchasing, no scheduling required! When picking up, they take their time to do a demo with you so you know how your new toy actually works. Even after buying they still remember you’re a customer and are still more than willing to help. Stop in and visit Robert for all your RV needs.

I highly recommend you check these guys out before you buy. If you are like us and felt like you needed a shower every time you left a dealership when shopping, these guys are top notch. Robert is an absolutely no pressure, very informative, and fair guy. We actually had a deal put together at another dealership and was on our way there to sign when we found these gentlemen and decided to stop in there on our way. They saved us a lot of time, money and frustration.
After our purchase we had a couple of hick-​ups with the coach and Robert was very very helpful and responsive and got the issue resolved within 24 hours.

We bought a used toy hauler from them 2 weeks ago. I would strongly recommend you going to them if you are in the business for a camper/​RV. We live in Vegas and drove there to get the toy hauler. They really made sure everything was taken care of and we were ok to head home. They were very fair with us. Their honesty with us was quite refreshing! We are sending all our family there to get one too. Get your camper from them, it’s worth the drive!

Mark helped us find the RV that we we’re looking for and maintained his ethics beyond the letter of the law. He has gone out of his way to make sure that everything was alright and this is uncommon in todays business climate. My husband and I bought a trailer from Norco RV Center this week and we wanted to share our experience with others. We happened upon the trailer we ended up purchasing by chance online and had no intention of trading in our current trailer at all, we loved it. We still went to this dealership to take a peek at the newer trailer for fun and met Mark the owner who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. After looking at several units on his lot we found them all to be very clean and well kept and very competitively priced. We fell in love with our new trailer and Mark was very accomodating, allowing us to thoroughly check it out. Mark ended up giving us top dollar on our trade in trailer in a no-​hassle, very simple transaction. We HIGHLY recommend Mark and this dealership and couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase.
