Called them for service and he came out as promised for the estimate and got right to work that same weekend on a holiday. Stumps and roots are gone!

* Poor Customer Service * Called the company on Sunday afternoon got an answer, however, the guy said I’ll call you back in 5 minutes and didn’t call back till Monday. Scheduled a estimate appointment for a specific Time on Tuesday, on Tuesday morning about 2 hours before got a text for a later request at that point decided not to use their services. If you’re looking for a company that will provide good/excellent customer service do not use Magic Touch. I hope they realize first impressions matter and good customer service starts on the first call.
