Totally unreliable! They told my wife all baby chicks were sold on a first come first serve basis. She dragged me with her first thing in the morning (before my workout) to be there when the chicks arrived. We waited for an hour discussing their care with an employee on duty. When the clicks arrive we were then told by another employee that they were spoken fore. The owner was present during both conversations but said nothing. This is horrible management! They said we were misinformed yet offered nothing in return. I’m done with Linda’s!

Feed is good quality friendly customer service. Helpful when you have a question. My goal to feed store!

Linda’s is a great place. They’ve fulfilled my special orders for pet food and are always super nice. Buying from them feels more personal and not like a big box store. I’ll keep coming back.

After visiting several home and retail places that sell chicks, Linda’s staff was most attentive and concerned about the well being of the chicks. We don’t live that close but actually went back to Linda’s for additional accessories for our coop, and ended up coming home with additional chicks. Our flock of four had a smooth transition to their outdoor coop thanks to all the tips Linda’s knowledgeable staff provided.

Hello. I purchased a few chicks from Linda’s today. The staff is very knowledgeable. They helped me with my questions. I was very satisfied with the service. Special thanks to Ms. Ashley for assisting. I will definitely go back for more.

EXCELLENT customer service. Rented straw bales for my son’s 1^st birthday. The staff helped load them in our truck, gave us directions on getting home using back roads, and even let us borrow tie downs since we forgot ours. Highly recommend. :)

The staff at linda’s feed are great. They are friendly and helpful. I will go back. They had no problem loading up my truck and making sure i had everything i need. They rent bails if straw also.

I am a new backyard chicken farmer and cannot say enough nice things about this place. Lauren is patient and helpful with my million questions! All the staff are very helpful.

Linda’s has quality, natural dog food for prices lower than the large chain pet stores. They also have a frequent buyer rewards program for the Natural Balance brand, where you buy 12 bags and get the 13^th for free. Good deal, since we have to feed our growing Great Dane puppy tons of food already.

A staple of Norco —
We’ve not been to Linda’s in about a decade, but found ourselves looking for some less common chicks for our brood. I originally hesitated calling Linda’s when I saw their «we have chicks» sign out front. In the distant past, some of their employees were not very friendly… but again, that was a decade ago… and so I called and spoke with Candice, a VERY nice girl who gave me all the info I needed and was super helpful. She helped me select the chicks and suggested some supplements too. So, it was without hesitation I went back the next month to experience the same #1 sales help from a different salesgirl, Alicia. She provided the same level of expertise in helping me decide upon breeds of chicks and was just as nice as can be.
I will be back for all my needs, big and small, because they treat you like they care about having your business. I appreciate good customer service, and think it has been lacking at the other feed store I was shopping at for the past decade. Glad I gave Linda’s another look and will continue to recommend Linda’s to all my friends.

I am not sure why one of the reviews is so bad, but I felt the need to rebut it. I had also just moved into the area when I found out that one of my new horses was allergic to just about everything in the area. I had him tested and found out that he is allergic to most weeds, grasses, and trees that surround me. He is also allergic to those same grasses when it comes to eating. :-(We are talking rice, barley, orchard, alfalfa, carrots… list goes on. He is also a senior so he needs supplemental grain to keep weight on him. The owner and staff and Linda’s have been instrumental in finding feed that he is not allergic to. I have been in there multiple times and have always been greeted with a smile and have never found anyone to be rude. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Try them out, you will not regret it.

I visited this feed store today, along with just about every other one on 6^th street because I just moved into town a couple months ago. I knew two minutes after walking in that I would never be back. I was slowly browsing through the first aisle when I realized that the woman who had held the door for me on the way in asked the woman behind the counter for help. I heard nothing from the seemingly annoyed sales associate (middle aged/​brown hair with blonde or gray roots) until she slowly walked out to the sales floor, and stopped right in front of me before I could exit the aisle. She made no attempt to look happy as she handed the customer the bag that she had asked for and said «is that bag big enough or you want a bigger one?» I stood there in calmly with a smile on my face (as she ignored my existence) and watched the whole thing happen. She stared at me looking right through me, and then proceeded back to the counter like she hadn’t just displayed the most pathetic excuse for manners I have seen in a while at a business. I was grateful that the petite young lady with dark hair was kind enough to ask me if i needed help, and even greet me from across the shop as I walked out before even bothering to look at the rest of the inventory. It seems she may have been one of the employees who wasn’t part of what seemed like a family business. I hate to have to be so harsh, but I am 23 years old coming out of the military. If I notice your lack of professionalism and manners… you know it’s bad. This is one of the many places that seems to have lost the sense of give a darn when it comes to customer service. I hope that this was a fluke, and that the rest of these positive reviews are a reflection of the reality of this establishment. If so, it’s a shame I had to witness otherwise, and I hope the management will consider the behavior of it’s staff and how it reflects upon the business.

I recently adopted 2 Chihuahuas from the local animal shelters (one from Norco & the other from Corona). I got a TON of coupons from the Norco Animal Shelter so of course I had to take advantage of them. LOL
I was rewarded with a 5 lb bag of Nutro dog food for my furkids and ended up buying a couple of 99 cent rawhide chews. Even though my doggies are small, they LOVE those chewy things. There are also other treats that you can buy and bag up for $ 1 so I’ll have to go back and get more goodies.
All of the staff members were very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall Bella, Bubba, I had a great experience during my initial visit!

An icon of Norco — Linda’s feed has been helping me keep all of my ponies, puppies and teeny donkeys healthy and happy for about a decade now. I would be lost without them.
The staff is knowledgeable and more than helpful. From Linda herself to the girls at the counter to the men in the yard, you can always count on getting top notch service.

I have been going here for years. Always pleasant and helpful employees. They helped me figure out how to feed my rabbit the same quality foods for a lot less than other pet stores/​feed stores. They also helped me find a good dog food for my dogs. I keep going back over and over again because they are so helpful, friendly and accommodating.

We needed to rent some straw bales for a fall festival we were having. After making a few calls around, I found hardly anyone that would rent straw bales (we used them as benches) The folks at Linda’s were very helpful. Their price was good, and the whole process, from paperwork, to having them load the trucks, went smoothly. Same when we returned the bales the next day. Thanks to Linda’s Feed & Supplies, our fall festival was a success!

I’m a two-​doggie owner (Goober and Lilly) who have (no, had) an embarrassing tummy problem. Poor us who were in the same room with them. Come to the rescue — Linda’s Feed recommended a local product that comes in a white jar with a plain label, called Performance Pet Powder. Linda’s is the only place I know that carries such a product. Not only takes care of the gas problems, but also has glucosamine for joints. Not cheap, but I have noticed a difference already. Our vet warned us that Lilly-​pup would be having serious hip problems as she got older, so we started her and Goober on this product quickly. Don’t know for sure about the joints, but Lilly does not limp like she used to, and she is now part Mexican jumping bean. And both are no longer persona non grata after meals. It’s like a breath of fresh air!
Linda’s is located in an area that is horse country. Most of her store is devoted to larger animals. Thankfully, smaller pets can enjoy some or her specialty items too.
