Jamba Juice

This place is great to go for the yummy bowls! Nice priced and so good… Go for the Pitaya bowl! Staff is knowledgable and trained to create the product so good that it will keep you coming back. One lady there is super great at working with customers and I have witnessed watching her with people. Someone wanted a drink and they weren’t sure if it can be done so she searched and said «of course» I found that awesome! Customer service plus great product makes the best places! I keep coming back!

Normally i don’t write reviews especially bad ones cause i always figure they were having a bad day or maybe tomorrow things will be better. BUT not in this case, i am a repeat customer and i always try to go in every early morning. lately it seems as though the employees don’t listen and give lots of attitude when you try to correct or tell them that’s not what you ordered, i order my drink with extra fruit (and pay for it) and it never has extra fruit in it. When i order a certain size they always give me those little to go baby cups which i do not have enough hands to carry nor do i want to carry an extra little cup around with me. All i want is the proper size of smoothie i order and whatever else i may order so that i can go to work. Today’s experience is why i am writing this review, i ordered a medium drink with a Parmesan pretzel, i got a small drink with a baby cup cause apparently that’s what was stated on the receipt and a cinnamon pretzel. IRRITATING. (BTW it was not busy, i was the first customer it looked like and there were only a few behind me) hopefully they can get it together cause they are the only Jamba Juice near me and i am seriously thinking of taking my business elsewhere.

My favorite juice place and has been for years. My favorite drink is the Citrus Squeeze. It’s my main squeeze! Lol

I’ve been coming here along lately but they need help with proper customer service and how to go above and beyond. The music is always so loud and can’t hear yourself giving a proper order. Need to work towards getting an A+ not a failing grade.

It’s really too bad that there is always only one person working the register and making drinks which causes a long wait time and long lines

A lot of you guys are complaining about how we move too slow and there are only two people working at a time. what you don’t realize is that a lot of people order complicated drinks or send them back because they don’t like them. not only do people do that, but we also have a broken blender so we only have two blenders. the weather is starting to get hotter, which means we have at least 4 or 5 employees on staff at all times. I have been yelled at and cussed at by many customers but it doesn’t change how I help them or my attitude towards them. if you guys don’t want to wait for your drinks or bowls, call the store and place an order. 9 times out of 10, your order will be done and waiting for you when you get there. we work as hard as we can to get your smoothies, juices, and bowls out as fast as we can.
oh! don’t forget, we are having our $ 2 fruit and veggie smoothies till the 31^st! (:

A bit disappointed with this Jamba Juice. I walked in and the place was empty. It took the employee awhile to finally come to the front to take my order. When she finally did, they were out of soy milk which was what the two items I wanted included. Couldn’t even try the new acai bowl like they advertised because they were limited on supplies. She didn’t even give me a receipt either. Would rather go to the Crossings to get my smoothies.

I come here at least once a week. The customer service is always awesome and the drinks are always yummy! They’re always friendly.

Service is great. Get complimented on my band t-​shirts once in a while. Smoothies and bowls are served in a timely matter. Also it has never been too crowded.

This place is closest too us but this time around they weren’t so enthusiastic about helping. Everyone seemed to be scattered and their line was building. Sometimes it’s a hit or miss, luckily my order was made right.

Wow, when we came there were 2 customers ahead of us and only 2 employees. The third one was on his way out of the store and at least 7 more customers walked in barely 5 minutes after he left. Talk about bad timing! I always get my usual orange dream machine as it was a much needed treat in the blazin’ hot weather with 9% humidity. That drink came out perfect. Thank you!
Can’t blame the 2 employees for slow service, they were going as fast as they could. They gave me my drink first and then proceeded to work on the other customers drinks in between. I had to wait a little longer in between each drink — we ordered a total of 3.
I also tried their fresh squeezed Tropical Greens and Orange Reviver that same day… I am not impressed. It was lukewarm and not iced. I guess you had to ask for it to be iced or something. There was way too many beets in the orange reviver drink that made the color non-​orange. =X

This has to be the worst run Jamba I have ever been to total waste of time. Nobody seems to know what’s going on and the employees seem to be chatting about issues with the management more than doing their jobs.

Come here daily. Love the orange carrot twist. Fresh juice is great. My daughter loves the strawberry wild.

I haven’t been to a jambajuice that has been so loudly irritating. I had my 1 year old in there with me, and he was fine until we walked in there and had two of the girls start yelling right in front of him without letting up. He freaked out and started crying so I went to step out only to have another employee yell «OMG, he is so cute», which set him off even more. Why would you yell at a crying baby? Never going back there again. I understand about keeping the energy up, but that was just stupid.

Garrett slater was is by far the most compliant and courteous employee I’ve experienced at this Jamba love the service and his smoothies two thumbs way up!

Always have had great service here! I usually always order the apples n’ greens smoothie and it always comes out delicious :)

This was seriously the worst jamba juice I’ve ever been to. The staff was all too busy talking to each other to seem like they were even paying attention to they’re work. Not only that there were about four «off duty» employees sitting in the lobby being so unbelievably rude and loud. The girl taking my order seriously couldn’t even hear me over the ladies yelling to each other.
After I finally got my drink (a pina coulda) it tasted almost like it was made with sour milk. Very dissatisfied with this place.

This Jamba Juice offers the same quality as the rest. One big advantage of this location is the limited traffic. It is always easy to get in and out quickly. My favorite thing on their menu is the Chunky Strawberry with only half the peanut butter. The only thing I eat for breakfast
…I wish they would list their hours of operation.

Service is slow… line is so long… got my Jamba insiders $ 2 coupon that was sent in my email so I was like great deal for a 12 oz. Smoothie! Only to be disappointed and paid the regular price of $ 4.69 for a 12 oz. Because for some reason their machine is not accepting it and there’s nothing they can do! They said its been working the last few days except today… geez how lucky can i be?! I say this is FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

I don’t know if anyone who is reading this has ever scene the SNL sketch with Kristen Whig when she is a Target employee. Her whole persona in that skit seems to be what is keeping the girls that are working here on point. They are so so chipper and bouncy. In no way is that a bad thing, its great to see people who love their job and have an abundance of energy as they perform it, just wow.
Every time I have come here it has been popping with energy and taste. If you really like your drink they will ask you to ring a bell and then they all cheer. You feel a bit silly, but its a good experience. This location can get a bit busy, but the workers here do work pretty quick to get through everything.
I’m a big fan of the light versions of their smoothies and Jamba Juice has now even started offering wraps to get you that food boost too. The smoothies make a nice substitute to fast food and fill you up.
