Service is disgusting. And they are so greedy when you ask for(ketchup, yellow peppers etc.)

Love the food, but they take forever to get the orders out(~30 minutes). If you are on a timed lunch I would go somewhere else. If you have the bandwidth than come get a double-double.

The burgers are OK but their fries really stink. Most of the time the meat is too salty and when the fries cool down it is like eating a gob of soggy starch. Ill have to say that they are better than all of the other fast food places. Sorry IN& Out but move over. Five Guys just blew you away.

It’s innout. It’s not healthier, but it is probably fresher than other fast food chains. I don’t mind beef from cowschwitz or gmo fed cows. I don’t mind cotton oil because I don’t enjoy their fries. HFCS is okay, I don’t mind that they use yellow 5 to color their spread. I don’t mind, so I do dine.

Idk if this place is always packed because there is that many ppl actually going her or if the services is just not fast enough. You can never go to this location anytime between 4−9pm and spend anything less than 20 mins to order let alive receive your food. The drive thru is a joke and wraps around the building and leads into the Main Street!

As always in n out does not disappointed. The wait can be long at times but it is what it is. The customer service is good. Not very much space to eat at inside.

I’ve been to some busy In-N-Outs before but on Saturday this one was crazy to the point of almost saying forget it! I’m going to Carls! The drive thru was around the building all the way out the drive way and half way down the block past the stop light! My husband REALLY wanted me to bring him back his favorite burger so against my better judgement, I found a parking spot in the far southwest side of the parking lot and walked over to order my food to go. The inside was a madhouse. I really wouldn’t have minded so much except the placement of the soda fountain is extremely inconvenient. It’s right up front smack dab between the order placers and where you pick up your food so the people were jam packed in that section. I couldn’t tell who was in line to order, in line to get their drinks, or standing around waiting to pick up their food. I finally got to the register to place my order and tried to move out of the way the best I could as to be considerate of others trying to order… hint hint for anyone reading this! I had ordered my food to go but when my number was finally called, they had it on a tray. I asked her to bag it to go. Just as she turned around to grab a bag, another gal walked up and asked me «do you need something or can you move over?» Excuse me? All these people and you ask ME to move over!!? I told her my food is being bagged… RIGHTHERE! She took a deep breath and moved over. I get it. When you’re THAT busy, it’s stressful but you deal with it the best you can and if you want people coming back, you don’t give them attitude. I’ve been to many many locations and this was the first time I’ve experienced bad(well not really bad just a little attitude) customer service. I was here a total of 40 minutes! On a side note and the worst part of all of this– I had just gotten my nails done and some kid running through the crowd of people in the front fell into me and messed up one of my nails that wasn’t completely dry yet I guess. Ugh! My husband just HAD to have In-N-Out!

This is my 2nd time in this site. The first time was pretty bad. It took about 15 mins to take my order and I was the only one in line. But this time around service is great and friendly, and I got my food in a timely manner. Looking forward to my next visit.

Another delicious cheeseburger! 1 double double with grilled onions and chopped yellow chillies. 1 protein style with NO — SALT and no spread. Thanks for our delicious /throw down picnic on the road!

The thing about in and out burger is that it delivers on everything it promises. One of the things they like to say is that everything is made fresh. Being able to watch your food being made right in front of you seems to suggest this. Everything from the vegetables, bread, and even the meat has a fresh taste to it. All of that said, I just don’t get overall appeal because the most important part, is flavor. And unfortunately, it doesn’t have much. I’m not sure why it always comes off so bland to me. And it’s not just the burger, but also the fries. Do we sacrifice taste for freshness? It seems that’s the case with In and Out. So thank you INO for being there when I needed you tonight, and forgive me Californians for not seeing why most of you are so loyal to this place.

There’s pretty much nothing else left to share that hasn’t been written about In N Out’s excellent food and service already. So I’ll just share a few of my own observations of this location. I’ve only gone through the drive thru here. The drive thru snakes at weird angles. Service is always excellent, they offer my kids stickers when they see them in the car with me. Today there was a hold up in the line and they apologized at both windows.

This location is my favorite in the Corona/Norco area. Reason being is because every time I’ve come here for the past 10 years or so they are the friendliest, cleanest and overall most consistent. If I have the option I’ll always choose Norco. The animal fries are a must have if you can stomach the cheese.

Visited InNOut in Norco after getting the ol car washed waiting for traffic to die down — like you need a reason to go to InNOut?! If you’ve read my previous reviews you know how much I love InNOut and am quite the connoisseur of this great burger joint. This is one of my favorite locations to visit, however upon arrival I was worried that the standards of this location had fallen to those of its Corona(Ontario and the 15 freeway) location as the dining area was very dirty. However after ordering my meal and sitting at a clean table I noticed that an employee came right out to clean up the area — I assume a family or such just left prior to my arrival explaining the debris. I received my order within 10 minutes of my order and I am not going to lie it was one of the best burgers I have seen from InNOut in awhile and trust me it tasted as good as it looked. The fries were fresh as well. I do agree with others that the parking lot at this location is rather small and it also becomes a traffic jam when the drive thru line is long, but it’s worth the hassle. This location is in my top 10 in consistency with both cleanliness, service and freshness.

Been coming here for over 15 years. They’ve always been fast, friendly, and even when the drive thru is packed, they still work hard and fast to get everyone their food ASAP. Have a lot of memories here from high school. We would all come down here after school and hang out sometimes. Seemed to be the popular spot after class hours, especially on Fridays! Never had a problem here, whatsoever. Make sure to look up their secret menu. Their milkshakes are very good and delicious as well. They have seating inside as well as outside to accommodate everyone but it does get super packed so sometimes it’s better to just get it to go. Everyone I know that has tried In-n-Out has ended up loving their burgers and fries. Will continue to come here as the years keep going by!

This is more on location than food. Sometimes it’s so insanely busy! Which isn’t the businesses fault, but they just have a mini parking lot which collides with the drive through line & it gets crazy. Food is delicious, just like every other In N Out.

We went at the end of lunch rush hour at 1:30? And there was a line that wrapped half way through the dining area. But we waited for about 8 minutes? The dining area was full, but the guests leave fast. bc well… it’s a fast food joint. Food… just as good as any In N Out. Great price, great quality, great environment. They will make it right. My order is always: Double Double with whole grill onion, pepperchinni :) Sharing is caring. I used to order it animal style but it got too choppy/messy. AND make it a combo! YUM. Yes prices had gone up. The economy has. I remembered when the double double was… less than $ 2 during my early college days in 2003. Thankful that it was affordable during my broke college student days! This location is very small location and tight; it can only fit 46 people inside. The layout is identical to the Anaheim on off Chapman: But the staff work really fast!

Had my first In-N-Out burger today. I think maybe people just hyped it up so much that I was disappointed. I ordered the No 1 combo and my boyfriend had the No 2. The food was definitely fresh and well prepared. Service was good. Our attendant was very friendly and welcoming. We went inside and it didn’t take too long. The facilities were clean and well kept. I just don’t think I like fast food, no matter how much people rave about it.

What can I say? This place is always consistent on service and food. Even when the staff is slammed, they are friendly and work very hard to ensure the customers are happy. If you are new to In-N-Out you must understand that it is a family owned business who hasn’t changed the menu much since it began, and personally I don’t think they need to. Keep it simple– keep it good: burgers, fries, and shakes. You can order pickles(took me awhile to realize this!) and you can also get things made not on the menu,(grilled cheese, protein style, animal style, etc.) Check out their secret menu options online to learn more. Overall, best burgers around and you know it’s going to be perfect!
