Stayed here for just one night. Because of a weekend soccer tournament, the hotel was completely full. While we had requested a room that wasn’t on the first floor, they had given away our assigned room on the second floor, so we had no choice but to stay on level 1. This being said, we were given a discount by management for the inconvenience! Great way to handle and resolve the issue. The room was very impressive.(1 King, 1 sofa pull out) Everything was new, and the room was not noisy at all! It was bigger than rooms I’ve had at comparable hotels as well(SpringHill Suites, Hampton Inn, newer Comfort Suites) Obviously there are not many choices of hotels in Norco, however even if there were, I’d chose this one!

If your looking for a great, clean and comfortable place to sleep… It’s here! The Hotel staff is very hospitable and very caring, as well. Nice, peaceful and quiet rooms. Even though my loud adult children stayed next door.

Our daughter’s soccer tournament was in Norco this weekend. This was a great find! Conveniently located right of of the 15 and only a few minutes away from the fields. Lots of options for food — Clean, friendly, and staff was helpful and accommodating. At 9:30 pm my girl says, «I forgot to wash my uniform …» Just what every parent wants to hear at 9:30 pm. BUT, no problem! There are coin operated machines on the first floor. Clean, new… I was so pleased. So to wrap up — if you are headed to Norco for soccer STAYHERE!!!

Stayed here over the weekend due to an event around. It was easy to find down Hamner Ave with free parking located right outdoors from the hotel. The lady that helped us check in was VERY nice and friendly. We had booked an Executive King Suite for two people, and that’s what we got on the second floor. We took the elevator up and entered a beautiful clean and large suite. We had window view facing toward Hamner Ave and it was amazing. You can see the mountains and the city. The bathroom was also clean with about 3 handtowels and 4 body towels, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and facial soap. The room with the bed was big, with a coffee machine, microwave, safe, and a big TV with cable. We also had FREE WiFi! The living room section of the suite also had a big tv with cable, a big couch, a table, and a desk for work. AC and heater worked perfectly. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was cool, the only issue I had was the thin walls facing the other rooms in the hallways because everyone was so loud in the morning! Outside was also a nice pool, and a seating area with a fire pit. Overall I LOVED it and wouldn’t mind staying here again!

It was a good value hotel– free breakfast and wifi but the walls facing the hallways are sooo thin. We were staying on the third floor across from what I assume were families with young children and both Saturday and Sunday morning at 6am(no joke, 6am) we were awoken to doors being constantly opened and closed from across the hall. I know that the second morning this happened this other couple staying next to us asked the family and their kids to stop. You literally hear everything going on in the hallway. The staff was nice and the breakfast was decent but just be warned that you might want to sleep with earplugs just in case you stay across noisy neighbors.

Looking for a decent stay on a budget? This is your place. We stayed here for several nights and had a decent stay. Here’s what you can expect: *Friendly staff *Walls are on the thin side(we could hear street noise and hallway traffic easily and the close of EVERY door during the entire night) — ask for a room away from the elevator and not facing the street. *Our room was relatively clean despite an unflushed toilet and a slow-draining sink(we asked for this to be fixed After Christmas since we didn’t want to bother someone during Christmas Day, but it never really seemed to get fixed) *Really inefficient Heating and Air-Conditioning unit. I do construction for a living and know what to expect, but the time lag and the heat output was super slow. *Complimentary parking & breakfast!

Absolutely horrible customer service at this location. I booked a stay and had to cancel due to guests coming in from Hawaii had to cancel their trip. Corporate said they are more than happy to accommodate and would discuss with this location and they would contact me. A week goes by and no contact. I called corporate back and they said the hotel’s exec office refuses to help in anyway. I have used this hotel for the same family members in the past and will never use them nor the Marriott chain again and will be advising all friends and family the same. $ 140 is more important to them than long term customer happiness and referral business. When I host my tournament and need to book 100+ rooms, I sure as hell won’t be contacting Marriott or this place. If money is all they care about, that’s fine, it won’t see anymore of mine.

My family and I have been at this hotel for over a month while we are in the transition of purchasing a home. We love it here, everyone is nice but our favorite was Priscilla. She loved my son and was always so nice and welcoming. After one conversation, I felt like we were the best of friends. There is complimentary breakfast every morning, which is great, but it was sort of bland. Hey my 2 year old loved it though. It is in a great location with great amenities. I personally love being by the freeway. Hotel is kept clean and nice. We came across a maintenance man who said he changed the carpet in the elevators every couple months. Would come back.

Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. However, microwave didn’t work in the room. I ran downstairs with my plate of food and they warmed it up for me. They told me they wouldn’t be able to replace the microwave until the following day. And then the TV became annoying. It kept going from dark to light/light to dark. I asked at the desk if the pool was heated and they assured me it was. Except the pool was freezing and there is NO outdoor Jacuzzi to warm up in. The breakfast they served was good. The staff was very nice. And the price wasn’t too bad for a Marriott.

Over the weekend we attended a funeral service and the reception was held at the Fairfield Inn in Norco. This hotel is very clean and nice inside. When you first walk in there’s comfy couches and chairs everywhere for lounging in the lobby. To the right is the receptionist desk, and you’re greeted with a friendly smile and decent customer service. For the reception we had about 50 people in the banquet room(which they call excel room 2). Outside the room they posted a note with the name of our family so guests would know which room. The banquet hall had 8 tables and 8 chairs at each table. It also had a TV in the front with HDMI capabilities. Along the side of the room was a long counter where we put the catered food and drinks. It was $ 600 for the room maximum occupancy of 60 and we had the hall for a few hours. Not a bad price. It was nice, comfortable, and air conditioned inside which was a huge plus because it was 95 degrees outside. We had lots of trash due to our big party, and the janitor was so nice and helpful! He came by periodically to grab our trash bags so that they didn’t pile up. Overall, this was a great way to host an event!

Nice size banquet room. We were there today for a funeral reception And it was nice and big. Clean room! The staff was helpful in directions us where to go but at the end as we were driving off they did try to say that we took a glass pitcher that the supervisor saw in the camera surveillance that we walked out with. With was not true. We had glass but they were two drink dispensers and belong to my in laws. Other then that the room was a good size. It wasn’t till a little after our allotted time did staff start coming in to see if we needed anything. As if to start asking us to leave. Which was fine because it was last our time. We were able to clean the room up and leave without a crumb on the floor. Would keep this banquet room in mind for future needs.

After numerous unsuccessful attempts to get someone in customer service to listen to my complaint and getting more and more frustrated and angry. I finally emailed the president of Marriott. The response was speedy and totally appropriate believing my complaint was apropriTe and totally mishandled!!., thank you for listening to me… Made me very relieved and happy… Thank you for being proactive… The stars are for corporates customer service

The hotel is very clean and new. Location is convenient as it is right off the freeway. The staff were very courteous and the check in process was quick and easy. The room size is big and the room itself is very comfy. However it was very noisy. You hear all the cars drive by outside, the wind, the air conditioner is loud, the fridge fan, the rooms next door opening and closing the door, people talking outside the hallway. Need to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

The hotel is beautiful, next to the freeway but not noisy. Friendly staff. The room was nice and clean with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee/tea maker and iron. The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was big. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I’m in Norco California

Super clean new hotel right by the highway without any of the highway noise ! Rooms have micro and mini fridge. Free breakfast free internet with an outdoor pool. Only sad part is there is not a hot tub :( I believe they just opened recently so everything looks new ! Tip– if you want a shower only get a king room. If you want a shower tub combo get a 2 beds room !
