The store is the best pizza king I’ve been to. The food is always right and hot and fast.
The outside of the store is clean and welcoming. The dining room is clean and big.
The service and food seems to keep getting g better and better every time we go.

This was another time where we waited 90 minutes for our food, but after our previous experiences, we decided to call to make sure our food was coming.
Good thing we did, because they lost our order. Even though they called me back to confirm it and the price.
We ordered Pizza King nearly every week when we lived in Anderson, but after this consistent history of unacceptable service, we don’t plan on going back.
Dominos and Jimmy Johns don’t seem to have any issues getting to us, so we’ll stick with them.

Love this pizza.
This place has turned the corner.
The last few times I have eaten there (1 month) plus carry out. There has been an increase in the amount of traffic, customers. That is a good sign. The customer service is polite and Friendly.
The place does need a make over.
But overall, I rather come and get pizza from here than other chains.
I am very please with the location.

I have been to this location several times. I go because I like the pizza but the customer service is horrible. I will not be going back after today. I called in a order for pickup. I go in and pay and it had not been started. I wait and I wait. 30 min later I ask about my pizza. The guy that cashed me out, filed my order and it was never made. They barely apologized and said they would give me ½ off. The guy charges my card again. I ask about the refund for the first charge. He brings a manager over. She can not figure it out either. She promises to call me that evening with a solution. No call. I call the next day, talk to another manager. She says that she’ll call me back. No call.

Horrible! Never order from them! Zach claims to be the owner, but curses and laughs at customers who complain about service. He has trained his employees to do the same thing. Delivery is constantly late and the orders are always cold and wrong. On more than one occasion we have found hair in our food. They claim to credit our account, but then conveniently have no record of the credit. Zach has actually told «his» employees to add extra items to customer’s orders because he claims they never notice. Never order from here! Overpriced and amateur management!

There is usually no such thing as bad pizza king, but this location is definitely one on the low end.
I have to order double toppings to receive the same amount of toppings as a normal order at other stores. They are 5 minutes away so I usually go there, but not very often as it gets expensive.

If you are looking for that awesome pizza king pizza that Indiana is known for, look elsewhere. This is a poor substitute. Not sure if its a matter of the franchisee or what. Its the high price of pizza king but the quality of frozen. Cheese is non-​existent. If you order extra cheese it will come with less than normal cheese other places. Save your money.

This is not the pizza King pizza I remember the crust was not crispy and the ingredients were somewhat bland. I would not buy pizza from that place again and its not representative of true pizza King pizza

I don’t understand why people love this pizza. It reminds me of a frozen pizza from the grocery store. The sauce is very tomatoey with very few spices added. The cheese is tasteless and unless you order extra cheese there isn’t much of it. The dough I made in home ec class turned out a better crust. The tiny bits of toppings are just strange. I have tried dozens of times to at least enjoy it but all it does is give me a stomach ache and make me feel like I have wasted calories. Being from the east coast where there is an abundance of really great Italian and Greek family-​owned pizza shops, perhaps my palate is just different. Sorry, just don’t get it.

Are you kidding me, I’m from Indiana… I LOVE Pizza King! I grew up on this stuff, in my hometown there was two pizza places, Pizza Hut and Pizza King. Now, as I’ve gotten older I’ve come to realize that not all Pizza Kings are the same and this stuff is not cheap people but it is so delicious and worth it. I’m a fan of half BBQ sauce and half Paste (they use tomato paste instead of regular pizza sauce) add some sausage and pepperoni (both small and crumbly) to that and I’m a very very happy man!
The bread sticks are good and the sandwiches are awesome as well!

Food OK — wife loves the pizza here.
Service varies from good to great.
Prices reasonable.
Good for kids & families, except when there’s smoking.
The smoking section is not really separate from the non-​smoking area, so if you are sensitive to smoke or have asthma, you’ll want to take a look to see if there are smokers before you sit down.
Each table has a phone, and that’s how you place your order. Probably fun for kids, but I find it annoying.
