Established in 2013.

Kari Nickander and Adam Perry, the owner/​operators of Taco Lassi, would like to announce their new Foodtruck venture, Phở Mí. Phở Mí hit the streets with a debut @ the June First Friday Food Truck Festival. This exciting new truck is currently serving up four types of Vietnamese Banh Mí sandwiches, Viet Iced Coffees and a delicious Keylime bar. Look for a rotating menu of asian noodle dishes, delicious Vietnamese street food snacks and this fall, Phở Mí will add Phô, the beloved Vietnamese noodle soup, to warm up the chilly Indiana landscape.

Kari and Adam choose food that excites them and builds food trucks around that passion. Taco Lassi has gained a cult like, devoted following among food-​truckies in the Indianapolis area… With Phở Mí, they aim to bring a couple of big city favorites (Banh Mi & Phô) to their favorite big city… Swedish Meatball Banh Mí?
