Interesting that the credit card company sent you that letter. I can read the letter they provided you but they must have reconsidered the matter because I did get reimbursed. Good luck with your business. I know we’ll never return but that doesn’t mean everyone’s dogs get treated as poorly as ours did.

What a nightmare. We dropped off our Australian Sheppard at Dapper Dog Day Spa in Niwot for grooming and in 10 minutes got phone call from them that we needed to come and get our dog and take her to a veterinarian immediately. The groomer had cut her neck with a scalpel! The vet used 3 staples and 6 stitches and billed us $ 270. But Dapper Dog Day Spa denied any blame. «It was just an accident… just one of those things». We received no reimbursement or compensation.
