We chose Patrick as the agent to sell our rental property based on his past performance on a similar property. He provided top level customer service. We had an offer within 30 days on the market and closed escrow in just over 60 days. I was living out of state when my tenants vacated the property prior to the sale. Patrick not only handled everything for me, but made me feel as if I was right next door through the entire process. He is a true professional who seems to thoroughly enjoy his job. Patrick and Ruby
made the entire process enjoyable. They truly listened to my wants and wishes and showed me only properties they felt fit my life style and budget. When i was not in town Patrick went out on his own to pre qualify properties for me. They found the perfect property for me and since have been a great resource for information and contacts in the area. The bonus is that they have become close friends. If you do not use their services you are truly missing out.
