I live out of the area & wanted to surprise my 15yr old niece with nice flower and balloon arrangements for her special bday. Although the florist was very friendly and kind over the phone what my niece received was no where near what I requested. For $ 74 she did get a very small bouquet of not so nice flowers and 7 latex balloons, none of which included types of flowers or colors I had discussed twice with the florist. I will give them credit for delivering on a Sunday evening but will not use this florist again.

I needed a delivery for my family member and the lady on the phone was kind and nice. Very reasonably priced. I would order from them again. Friendly. :)
