Established in 2005.

Build In 2005 in beautiful Nipomo, our facility has offers over 30 different sizes of units for rent and it has practical drive up as well as enclosed units for those that desire increased cleanliness in their storage environment. At Frontage, we have twenty-​four hour surveillance, individually alarmed units, gated access for security, seven days a week gate hours and office hours. Also we sell a wide range of moving supplies for your packing and storage needs. We offer businesses the benefit of having their inventory delivered right to their unit and we will sign for these deliveries in our office. Jay and I have wanted to settle permanently in the community and when the opportunity arose to manage Nipomo’s newest, state-​of-​the art self-​storage facility, we enthusiastically offered our services to the owner/​builders, and OPTIVEST of Dana Point, the property management company. This complex relationship has provided Jay and me immense pleasure because of the high professional standards to which we are attuned. The social fabrics of the Frontage Self-​Storage community of tenants and local businesses as well as the Nipomo Chamber of Commerce are so warm and hospitable that we feel blessed to join you as new citizens.
