a new staff makes a world of difference! Customer service is alive and Central R.V. has brought on some new faces! they serviced my R.V. in a fast, friendly manner! I will return! and recommend to family and friends!

Open letter to Justin (Central RV owner)
Dear Justin,
July 22 — I bought a toilet from you for $ 150.
July 29 — I noticed some pieces were missing from the toilet and brought it to your attention.
July 31 — This is when you promised the parts would be available at your shop.
August 21 — Still no parts, but lots of promises.
September 8 — I asked for a refund since it was obvious there was no interest on your part to deliver, I was told to come back in 2 days, since you didn’t have enough cash on hand.
September 10 — I arrived, as instructed. You still didn’t have cash, but you wrote me a check.
September 14 — I put your business check in the bank (Central RV account).
September 16 — Your business check for $ 150 bounced. You personally wrote me a bad check from your company. The bank is charging me a fee of $ 12 because you wrote a bad check.
You have wasted my time and money. I will do everything I can to warn people about your «business» and your poor business practices. I spoke to another area RV enthusiast, and when your name came up, they cut me off, saying, «Oh no! Do not go to that place! They are horribly incompetent». I wish I had sought their advice before wandering into your shop.
I really hope the $ 150 was worth it. It’s only a little cash to me, but you have the reputation of a business to protect.
Try harder… or just try, for God’s sake.

Justin has reimbursed me and paid for the bad check fee. My words and sentiments stand regarding this place, but I feel it important to fully disclose the conclusion of this ridiculous transaction.

Excellent service. Justin couldn’t have been more helpful, professional and accommodating with our RV repairs. We are a couple in their 50’s from Australia travelling USA for 3 months in our privately owned rv. After experiencing ongoing problems with our plumbing, we called into Central RV when passing through Nipomo. Justin spent over 2 hours finding suitable fittings and installing them, nothing was too much trouble. We would thoroughly recommend Justin and Central RV to anyone requiring rv repairs.
The company’s motto ‘First stop for the happy camper’ is certainly appropriate, as we left to continue our travels, very happy indeed!

PLEASE. do not take your RV to Central RV and truck repair in Nipomo CA. I have just had a horrible 4 mth experience with them and my Monaco Camelot Coach is in worse shape then when I took it to them.
Very poor management. Expertise and skill level in the repair department is seriously lacking to the point of I was worried my cargo doors would come flying off driving down the road.
I believe in «your only as good as your word and your word is your bond.» Central RV and Truck do not subscribe to the same work ethic. No integrity and very unprofessional.
Save yourself time, money and headache. Do not go here for ANY RV repair!

The new owners of this business are a couple amateurs. They installed a tow bar system between my coach and towed vehicle and in the process created $ 800 worth of damage to the paint on my towed vehicle. They refuse to make it right. I will never use this place again.

This place is under new ownership and the new guys are a bunch of amateurs. They will not make this right. I will never use this place again, my guess is that they won’t be in business for very long.
