History

Established in 2005.

The company was originally owned by Ron Martin, a down-​to-​earth super hard working gentleman, he added blind cleaning to the business, then it was sold to Joe Stennet of SLO, then to me, Zach Wasil. I initially hated the blind cleaning with a passion, blinds are no fun! But now i am one of the few workers who really knows what he’s doing with the silly things! I have probably washed 1 million blinds now and have one of the only large blind washing systems in the county, which i fabricated myself. The company previously used a small crew of college guys but i now do the work myself with a bit of family help when they are not to busy spending the money! :}

Zach Wasil began his career with windows by painting them since the age of 4 years old, he used to paint «Happy Holidays» in the snowy town of Kernville Ca. To encourage more accounts, Zach would offer to wash off the paint after the holidays, and learned more about glass cleaning. After painting windows for 25 years Zach switched to cleaning the glass and purchased Central Coast Window Cleaners from Joe Stennet. Zach invented the «Hip-​Clips» a popular industry towel holding clip that is sold in 9 major window cleaning catalogs now. You can see it at «hip​-clip​.com» on the net. On the side Zach is a premier fabricator, making sets for school plays, and designing racing bicycle projects as well as custom equipment for his cleaning buisness.
