Opened in downtown Niles, Ohio in 2012 we are trying to help in the revitilization of Niles.

Clean newer restaurant. Staff is good. I sat at the bar on a Friday and ordered the spicy meatball sandwich with fresh cut fries and clam chowder. The chowder came out first and it was just aright. I was hoping my meal would be better but unfortunately it was the same. The peppers on the meatball sandwich were too bitter and there was nothing exceptional about the flavor of the meatball or marinara sauce. I’m disappointed because I was really hoping to like this hidden gem. I would give them another shot as I saw what their pretzel bun hamburger looked like from another person sitting at the bar.

Had a really good pulled pork sandwich from here. This place is a nice addition to downtown Niles and has nice TVs, a cool bar, and a nice patio. Definitely worth checking out

We stopped at this place after checking in at a hotel off of interstate 80. What a surprise. Great craft beer, great wings and very good sandwiches all presented by a very pleasant server. We were very happy travelers when we left.

Went to stone yard for lunch about a week ago. The seater was extremely rude to my girlfriend and I to the point that we left. It was our first experience here and we’re really excited to try something new. I wrote an email explaining my concern to the management team and to my surprise a week later there has been no reply. As a newer restaurant in the area you would think that the management would be open to feedback and want to get better as a team, but it seems they do not. I will not recommend this restaurant to my friends or family due to the extremely rude service by the seater.

Same as previous review 4 stars. Today we both had sandwiches and home made chips. Sandwiches were very good as usual.
The chips were perfect. Every chip evenly cooked and crispy. They are nice sized and thick. If you like kettle chips you will really enjoy these.
Service is friendly and overall a enjoyable lunch.

My husband and I just finished a great meal! Our server was Gayle, she was friendly and efficient. I had the Philly steak sandwich with fries which was delicious! My husband had the chicken salad he said the sweet-​n-​sour dressing was good. The restrooms were clean. The restaurant had modern stone and wood décor. We will definitely return.

I had a Burger and fries when I went to Stoneyard. The fries were fresh cut and good, but the Burger was really bland. The Burger seemed like it had no seasoning at all. The service was good so that was a plus.

This was the worst dining experience I have had in a very long time. I had the fried fish dinner the fish was grayish and the only flavor was grease. Horrid. My husband had the marinated strip steak, the texture and flavor was something that must be served in hell. Told the waitress (who was very nice, not her fault) who said she informed the manager who never made it to our table. Maybe the dog will enjoy the steak. I wouldn’t even let him eat that fish. Never again.

This has become a neighborhood bar and resturant. Food is good and nice atmosphere. We have stopped here several times and food was always good. Their sandwiches and fries are very tasty and priced fair. Nice place after the football game. I would recommend this place to everyone.
I wanted to add to this review since I first came here to eat has not changed. We have eaten here 10 –12 times and it is still my favorite place in Niles to eat. They have a great selection and every meal has been good, except one time my straw onion rings did not taste as good as usual. so, that’s not a bad average. I recommend this place even more now.

The loaded chips are awesome. The waitress was very attentive. The pulled pork was good the french fries were good chicken quesadilla was good and the calimari was a little overcooked. I would recommend it for lunch or dinner.

There food is disgusting. I had the worst fried fish and onion rings I have ever had. They were dripping with grease. The fish was dried out on the inside and the onion rings were so fried there wasn’t any onion left, just fried greasy breading. Gross!

The food was good, particularly the appetizers we tried, but I found the loud country music and NASCAR on the televisions to be both distracting and mismatched to the lovely interior of the restaurant. The servers were attentive, though not overly friendly. They all seemed as though they were irritated to have to do their jobs. With a more pleasant staff and something different on the radio, this could be a really great place. Both really killed the atmosphere for me.

As much as I would like to give 5 Stars, I can not. The server, drinks & appetizer were phenomenal! However, for the first time in my life, I was forced to send something back. My burger, that was ordered medium, came our VERY rare (borderline raw). The server handled the situation incredibly well, apologized, took the burger back to be remade. (At this point, I would have still given 5 stars for how well their server handled the situation.) When my food was brought back out, the burger was cooked well/​very well done, and my fries were stone cold, as they had sat in the kitchen while they recooked my burger. Would it have really hurt the restaurant so much to send a serving of hot fries with it?

Seriously worst restaurant, this was my second time back after a first time horrible experience and I wanted to give it another try, I walked in no one was there to greet me after I stood there for 5 minutes I seated myself at the bar and the service was horrible and the food as well. Don’t go here.
