Had an accident where the front part of my car was completely shattered. Also had internal damage and Richards body shop helped resolved it. Brought it back a few times due to minor issues and each time, they got it done in a timely manner. Very professional in giving their customers rides while the car was in shop. Definitely recommend this auto shop. And a huge thank you to the manager, Pietro for being patient with me as well as the mechanic!

Amazing and reliable service! They work quickly and consistent in their level of quality. Their customer service makes you feel like you are a VIP customer. I highly recommend this location to anyone that wants top of the line auto service.

These guys are the best! Someone hit my car and drove off. Richards body shop came to the rescue! They did everything for me — helped me with my insurance, gave me an awesome price and this way everything was covered. Awesome customer service and they even had the rental car company pick me up and get me into a rental while I waited for my car to be repaired. This body shop is one of the best places I have been to and I strongly recommend them ! Down to earth and caring support staff and mechanic team!

I am very impressed! The team went above and beyond to ensure the process and work was done 100%. Not only that, but they stood behind their working ensuring that when we needed something redone from the original repair that it was done thoroughly including covering a car rental. What really stood out though was Piero the manager at this location– his Customer Service skills were shining, he truly showed that he cared and was on top of things. I would definitely recommend!

WOW! WOW! WOW! Where do I start? We all know that getting in an accident is the worst but now, you do not have to look any further then Richard’s in Niles, IL. Customer Service is more then outstanding. A phone call and a text to keep you updated is the norm. Where do you get that kind of service? The body work is the best I have ever seen done at any body shop. The paint matched to a «T» and the car was totally impeccable when it was returned to me inside and out. I must mention that I am very particular to say the least. Windows cleaned, vacuumed and no excess dust to be found. I can assure you if you go to Richards you will be satisfied to the max. Give Richard’s a try next time your unfortunate and get in that dreaded accident. Richard’s makes the experience so much easier. Richards body shop was highly recommended by a friend so I took my car there when I got it back it looked great after about 2 weeks I noticed that my hood started bubbling from the old rust because they didnt replace the hood that they charged me for. As an attempts of remediation they did the exact same thing over again.

My vehicle was parked on a public street and hit overnight by a drunken driver. Not a good way to start my work week…
It caused almost $ 10,000 in repairs and I was told it would take almost 3 weeks to repair. Richards Body Shop of Niles not only finished before this timeline but they went above and beyond to ensure that I received my car in as close to the same condition as humanly possible. Their optimal customer service made an unfortunate situation — bearable and for this, they have secured my business should the need ever arise again.
