My granddaughter’s Mazda Tribute broke down in Niles, Mi. Had it towed to Troy’s auto repair in Niles. Was told that the frame rusted out and broke. I figured that it was the end of this vehicle. One of Troy’s employees looked and said it looked like a K frame that could actually be replaced. Precision Auto Body in Niles towed it there. Someone from Precision went there to verify that it was a k frame and said he could locate a used one; I was ecstatic. Then my granddaughter googled recalls for 2001 Mazda Tribute and it turns out that there’s a recall for frames rusting out on these vehicles in cold weather states. I called Mazda dealer, gave them VIN and was told that it’s covered for the recall. Precision Auto then towed it to the the Mazda dealer. Thank you Troys and Precision Auto Body for all your help. I’m very grateful.
Also brought my 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe in to have an exterior door handle replaced on December 3^rd 2015. Someone sideswiped me and the insurance deductible is $ 500. I got the handle, latch and connecting rod installed for way less than that. They even washed my car! Dealt with Davis; he’s got a wonderful personality, great people skills. I highly recommend this business!
