Perfection Countertops did an outstanding job on our kitchen countertops and bathroom vanity, both in granite. Carol helped my wife with the slab and other style decisions. Carol is very easy to work with.
The tops were actually completed early and look great! My wife and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great countertop at a great price. Carol went above and beyond to help us.

Perfection Countertops did a fantastic job with our new kitchen. Carol, Ernesto and everyone we worked with were professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive to all our needs throughout the process. The project was completed in a timely manner and between picking out the sink, granite, backsplash, etc. everyone was flexible and provided very helpful recommendations. I’d recommend PC to anyone looking to redo a kitchen, bathroom, or any project requiring new countertops.

Installed a counter that had a sink cutout that was too large for the sink that they sold me. Also the counter wasn’t deep enough to hide the top of the dishwasher. They did the measuring so there shouldn’t have been a problem. Had to wait two weeks for another counter to be installed. (without a kitchen sink and dishwasher during this time) VERY poor customer service. I do not appreciate Carol calling and arguing with me either over the problems THEY caused. Save yourself some grief and don’t use these people!

Carol is amazing. I had to do this over the phone as I didn’t live locally and she was extremely helpful and made this project very simple and easy to do. She has an incredible eye for detail. The price was excellent and service amazing. Would use her again in a heartbeat!

I am THRILLED with the counter tops provided by Perfection. I worked with Carol — who took care of my needs with the sort of care that made me feel like I was a family member. She helped me select counter tops and I also needed a sink — amazingly, she found one for me and got it all delivered with the counter tops. Perfection installer came by to measure our countertops in the kitchen and vanity in the bathroom and everything they delivered was in perfect (pun intended) shape!
We were on a remodel deadline and Perfection exceeded my timeframe — the materials arrived a week earlier than I thought — I don’t know how they made that happen but it was the best gift to get so that we could move into our home earlier than anticipated!
When the Perfection crew came to install, we realized that our cabinets in the kitchen were not all the same height; they worked with one of our contractors to rectify the situation. I have never done a home remodel before — and will never do one again without Carol and Perfection at my side. Thank you so much, friends!

After trying some of the larger countertop vendors but getting frustrated with the last minute «add ons» to price, I landed at Perfection. From start to finish, the customer service was fantastic. I worked with Carol, who could not have been more pleasant, practical, and accommodating. I felt that she worked within my budget and never had an agenda, other than to see me satisfied. Counters were delivered on time, without surprises. I would highly recommend them, and will be back when I need my next countertop.

Big THUMBS DOWN!!! Bait & Switch by their rep Carol G. WATCH OUT, make sure you get a quote in writing! And then, double check becasue there will be mistakes. By the way, they finally quoted me and I found another countertop company for the EXACT same product I wanted for $ 700.00 Less!!!
