We offer esthetics, nail and professional makeup training as part of our total cosmetology program .Our top tier hair school also provides part and full time courses, including financial aid for students that qualify. Our beauty school also functions as a full service beauty salon. Our salon specials include the following: haircuts, up-dos, hair coloring, blowouts, perms, braiding, highlights, conditioning, nails, manicures, polish change, blowouts, flat iron, conditioning, facials and masks. We charge some of the lowest prices in the Chicago area. Our cosmetology beauty school has been a leader in the beauty college industry for over 35 years.

We started our cosmetology school in 1975. We have been proud to be a Chicago area beauty school that has helped many of our students go on to work at high end salons and open there own.

I’ve been to get my hair done here four times. Never had a bad haircut, and for the times I’ve had it dyed, they did a great job, also.
Although eyebrows are advertised, I haven’t been able to get them done there in a while. Planning to go back soon and get my hair re-dyed.
The instructors are incredibly nice, and the students do a good job.

This place is a hidden gem. I went there for an emergency fix for an interview and boy, these students really pulled an ace for me. I looked stunning and no one could believe I got this beautiful dye + style job from a beauty school student. I had decided that this will be my salon going forward, so came back for full highlights, and once again, the results were amazing. I got compliments from lots of coworkers, men, and family and friends. This is my go-to salon now.

A little late to the party, but a few weeks ago a student named Kelsey Murphy colored my hair. The ombré I had gotten a few months prior had turned out brassy and didn’t blend very well. I also had it dyed red on top, because I wanted a firey red to blonde ombré.
She was able to color my hair exactly the way I wanted, the colors blend beautifully from red to blonde, and even 2 – 3 weeks later my color is still vibrant! I would definitely recommend this salon and this stylist. Very nice owner and teachers as well.

Usually I appreciate and are happy with the way anyone cuts my hair, even if they mess up. I mean, they are students! However, one student really did not know what she was doing and made my hair a disaster. She even made me cry as she didn’t listen to my request for an updo, and I had it with her. However, another student named Brittany took over and completely made my hair look amazing! She even put a little twist on what I wanted and it made it look unbelievable. I greatly appreciate what she did, but after that long an painful experience I won’t be going back there. I guess it all depends on who you get as your stylist.
