History
Established in 2005.
I began working as a bather for Lonnie’s Pet Boutique when I was 16 (1989). I worked there while working other jobs and completing my Associate Degree in Medical Assisting at Youngstown State University. I was not satisfied with the pay that I was receiving at the jobs I was working and my aunt called me one day to tell me about a dog grooming school near my home. I called and signed up. In 1999 I took a 100 hour dog grooming course at Diamond Cut Dog Grooming. I then was offered the manager position at PetsMart in the Grooming Department where I managed for almost 5 years. I worked as an Independent Contractor at Petzmania for 1 year while planning the opening of my own business. Dip –N– Clip Dog Grooming, LLC opened in April of 2005.
