For the WORST in customer service this is the place to go. I have been shopping here for years and the customer service has steadily gone downhill while their prices have increased. In addition they set their clocks in the store fast. If you arrive at 7:56pm needing 1 item for a sick family member you will find the doors locked look you in the eye and act like they don’t know what you’re talking about. There are still customers in the store — Abagail even answered the phone at 7:59 to lie and say they didn’t know the doors were locked — yet walked over with the customer when they were done ringing me hem out to let the customer out. She then came back to the phone to tell me that by their clock it was 8:00 when I was at the door — yet by my cell phone it was 7:56pm at the door. Cell phone time can’t be manually set — but apparently Cindys goes by their own time. This is the last time I will bother this establishment with my business — from now on my family and I will go anywhere else. It’s lousy service like this that turn people away from locally owned businesses.

Be careful! They have no problem selling food that is STALE and even SPOILED! My last visit, on Sept 19^th, I bought five cartons of yogurt. When I started to eat the first carton, it tasted off, but I stupidly ate it thinking it was just the brand and I would never buy it again. And I got sick. But when my sister tasted hers she immediately checked the expiration date. It had expired on Sept 7^th. EXPIRED 9÷7÷14. SOLD 9÷19÷14. The pretzels I bought that day were also stale. The bag was not a factory sealed bag, probably bagged in the store.

Girlfriend frequents this joint often for vitamins and she leaves happy every time. I would like to try their organic deli section (food looked amazing) soon but haven’t gotten the chance to yet. Staff is very helpful from what I saw. They also have a coupon on here $ 5 off a $ 30 purchase so look for that.

This store is a gem! A local business filled with hard working employees and owned by someone with a passion for health and wellness… What more could you want? The grocery/​frozen/​produce section is ever-​changing and full of my favorite organic and natural items. They have local eggs and honey as well. My favorite section of the store would have to be the health and beauty section– so many good smelling soaps and shampoos– all without harmful chemicals. It’s nice to have a health food store close to home, especially one that will do its best to bring into the store the items that you’re searching for if they aren’t there already.

Delicious pies and cookies. Great selection of supplements, dried goods, and Chocolate! Organic veggies and dairy selection limited but generally fresh. Only reason this rating is not a 5 is the milk was too long past the sell by date. When in the area, I’ll be back!
