I had a great overall experience here. My battery on my galaxy note 4 swelled up and would not charge so I went to Best Buy, AT&T, and finally I was referred to this place. The guy that was there told me they do not sell a battery specific for my phone so he said that he had some coming in the next week or so on the next truck. The next week I came in and asked him about it and he said he still did not get them but what he would do for me was the get one delivered from another store. I came a few days later and it was there, just like he said, and I was able to buy a new battery for my phone. I am so glad that this place, which is so close to me, was able to go above and beyond for a customer. I would definitely refer this place to someone.

Very friendly & helpful. But also VERY EXPENSIVE. I was able to find the same charger I needed on Amazon for about 60% less.

Harriet the manager at the Niles location provides professional customer service. The other staff are very courteous and helpful. They delivered my order to my business in Chicago, on schedule and at no charge. My order wasn’t exactly what I needed, but after a quick phone call to clarify the product, I was able to arrange an exchange/​delivery, hastle-​free. Batteries & Bulbs is convenient for it’s product selection, delivery service, and relative price value. I highly recommend this store for bulk purchasing of batteries & light bulbs (fluorescent tubes, specialty bulbs, LED bulbs) for residential as well as commercial retail use.

Harriet, the manager, was very helpful and very friendly. I needed a new battery for my Samsung Galaxy Tablet (which I bought from U.S. Cellular).
I went to two U.S. Cellular stores, neither of them had the battery, nor would they order it, nor would they offer to install it for me if I were to bring the tablet and new battery in.
As I was walking out of the second U.S. Cellular store (in the same strip mall as Batteries Plus), I was pretty disappointed at the prospect of owning a $ 300 paperweight. I saw the «Batteries Plus» sign, and figured, what the heck, I’ll stop in and see if they had the battery I needed.
They didn’t. But they ordered it for me. And a week later, I had the battery!
I went online for step by step instructions on YouTube on how to replace the battery. It was fairly easy. Now my tablet is equipped with a new battery, and my Galaxy Tab won’t be a useless paperweight.
They have A LOT of batteries in stock, on the shelves. If they don’t, they’ll order it for you. Service was great, the price was very reasonable. I got a positive charge out of Batteries Plus!

Let me tell you something about this place… I been to a couple of other stores… and no, it’s not cause it is the closest one to me… because it is. All the staff and the other two locations I been at were happy and helpful… but this lot… they very happy and very knowledgeable… down to the store manager.
I had gone in there a month or so ago asking about a extended battery for my Galaxy S3, then forgot about it. When I went back in there just to browse. she recognized me and reminded me tactfully if I still needed said battery (I bought it and it is awesome.) I dig the store and I always try to stop in to see anything new arrived or price change on something I want to get, and of course, get alittle ray of sunshine from the staff, even if it isn’t sunny out.

I used to drive past Batteries Plus in Niles asking myself, «Why would I ever need to go to a battery store?». .. until I needed a battery for my rechargeable electric shaver. Where can I get a battery & that’s when I called Batteries Plus. I was told that they had the battery I needed & little did I know at the time, you have to solder the battery connection. Harriet, the lovely manager of the store, installed the battery & made my electric shaver work again. She also let me know at the time, that they had an extensive selection of light bulbs (ones that dim). And once again, I went to Batteries Plus & they had the perfect light bulb for my needs. I was also reminded that they replace watch batteries & that’s where I’m going the next time I need one.

life saver!!! honestly, anything and everything batteries and light related they will help you with it and it comes with a 1 yr warrenty, who doesnt like warrenty!!!
I came here because the rude service at a local cell phone shop on devon street took forever in ordering me a new battery and my phone is hella old

Has my life become so boring and mundane that I take time out of my busy day to write a review on a Battery store? Yes it has. The reason is simple, Batteries Plus made my life a whole lot easier.
I walked into my local T-​Mobile store to find a battery for my old Blackberry. The people at T-​Mobile are usually as useful as Tits on a bull, so I was shocked when they told me about Batteries plus. Since T-​Mobile doesn’t have the hindsight to carry batteries for the phone’s they sell, they sent me to Batteries plus. I called ahead and talked to David who was nice enough to check their stock and to my amazement, they carried the battery I needed. Instead of getting lured into buying another phone and getting saddled with the weight of another two year contract, I found the battery I needed and am able to dump T-​Mobile like a bad habit when my contract is up by the end of the year.
Here’s the bottom line: I was expecting the worst. I was sure that T-​Mobile was going to try and sucker me into a new phone and a new contract, but the people at Batteries plus were there to save the day. The whole process was painless. If you’re in need of batteries for any of your gadgets, give David at Batteries plus a call. If they don’t have it, I doubt if anyone will.
