The Hispanic guy turned me away while still having customers in the store did not want to let me in because the store is closed although there’s people in there and all I wanted was a screen protective shield for my galaxy note v and a Phone Protector in case I drop it. I drove from Foster and Cumberland for nothing and I think rejected me is poor customer service even though they have people in there. Although there was a young lady in there helping customers also. What’s the use of having employees in there that are not loyal and dedicated to the business by turning me away. I don’t recommend anyone coming here this just a punch in and punch out job for these employees

Very dissatisfied. I purchased a zagg glass phone protector, which began cracking on day one. I decided to return the product to the store but was advised to make the life time guarantee claim with zagg first and return the replacement shield to the store. Since, making the claim and receiving the product takes more than 14 days, the store will not accept my return. The fourteen day return policy is ever so hidden in the small writing on the back of the receipt. «You can read right here»…yes and had you not advised me to make my claim first, I could have returned the broken product to you on time. Now I have a damaged $ 55(after shipping on the claim) unusable glass cover. I WILLNOTRETURNTOTHISLOCATIONEVER! ALL of the employees thought it appropriate to stare at the clearly pissed off customer as she left the store as well. The sales associates at this location were very unhelpful. Oscar seemed very eager to just pass me along to the next location where maybe they would be able to help me there. I have had ATT cell services for 10 years now and this was the only problem I have had with a phone yet and it is very discouraging that this is the service that they give you when you have a problem. I would not recommend this store for any help regarding cell phone service. Also my friend had a question regarding his slow Internet speeds and once again Oscar was eager to relegate his duties to another department and couldn’t be bothered to even look into it. Nice to know that ATT treats it’s loyal customers like garbage.

I came here this week because I was having issues with my phone. Mind you, I have been a loyal AT&T customer for ~4 yrs now. As a previous reviewer, I was working with Andrew. Manager César was there as well. Though standing there is basically all that the manager did. I had been having ongoing issues with my phone, making multiple visits to ATT and Apple. I went to ATT to finally get a resolution, but got none. Andrew was rude to customers, has NO knowledge of the phones and ATT phone plans and how to trouble shoot, and has poor listening skills. Now, he did fix one issue I was having with my phone which was helpful. But the other problem that was ongoing for weeks, he did not do his job. He spent about 10 minutes tinkering with my phone, not telling me what he was doing; all of a sudden handed it to me and said«It works.» As soon as I left the store, my phone stopped working again. He was EXTREMELY unhelpful, unfriendly, and had poor customer service. As there are multiple AT&T stores within a 10−15minutes of this specific store, AVOIDITLIKETHEPLAGUE! Go somewhere else if you have a problem you need resolved, because it WILLNOT be done here! I can deal with a broken phone, I will get a new one. I cannot deal with a terrible staff member that has no willingness to help a loyal customer.

Andrew at the Niles location is a shady sales person. He tried to cross sell me on home security products that I did not want. He continued to cross sell me even though I told him no, and then he brought his manager over. After I upgraded my my device he subsequently added a second mobile share plan to my account even though I did not ask for it. I had to call AT&T customer service the following morning to fix the situation. Avoid this location at all costs. They will try to upsell you products that you do not need, and they will waste your time.

I’ve been coming here for years and they always offer the best customer service. Alberto was super helpful specifically. I wouldn’t go to any other AT&T store in the city!

Liars and thieves. I was told I would receive $ 150 for each line I ported from Verizon. With 4 lines, that’s $ 600 and helps offset the costs of breaking the contract. This is the only reason I chose AT&T. When ATT customer service only credited my account $ 150, I called them and was told it would be handled at the store level. When I went back to the store, they refused to deliver on their commitment and insinuated that I was the liar. I will never step foot in that place again, as early as next month, will cease being an ATT customer. This is enough to make me change my television as well!

I walked in this store for some help and initial set up with my new phone and store officials and the manager was dam rude. They put extra charges on my account and dint explain me anything. All they needed was money and charged me 3 times the bill a normal customer will get. I am not going to this place ever

If I could give this place zero stars I would in a heartbeat. Tried going in with my mom yesterday to upgrade her phone. She knew exactly what she wanted, should have been an easy in and out. But no. Went in and they were packed, so instead of waiting around, we made an appointment and decided to come back in a few hours after we ran errands. When we came back, we early, but we were checked in and browsed around the store for a bit. Appointment time came and went. 5 mins… 10 mins… 15 mins… nothing. Other people were taken, but still not us. At that point we walked over to the lady who checked us in, said we were tired of waiting and that we were leaving. She goes«did you have an appointment?» We said yes and left. Trying the one by Old Orchard in a bit. Hopefully they’re better

This place has the absolute WORSE customer service I’ve ever encountered! The last two times I was there I stood around with no acknowledgement from any of the staff what so ever. One of the times I stood in front of the store manager while playing on his iPad for about 5 mins. Not a simple«hi welcome to AT&T I’ll be right with you please stand by» or even a simple hi! I’ve never liked coming here but only have because its closest to my house. I now go to old orchard AT&T because as soon as you walk in the door there’s a greeter with a beautiful smile and the staff are always quick to help me out. Slightly busier but worth the longer drive and wait.
