I got a frantic 5:00 PM call about 4″ of water in the basement of our rental property. After trying 3 other businesses that popped up through a Google search, I called H.W. Bryk & Sons. Brandon showed up at my house within 20 minutes. He quickly assessed the problem, and had everything taken care of in around 45 minutes. The price was unbelievable!!! My husband and I had expected to pay 3x as much for an emergency nighttime call. Good to know there is a reliable business to call whenever we have an issue!!!

No one likes plumbing drama — especially when it’s pouring. My sump pump decided to fail me when I needed it the most, so I called H.W. Bryk & Sons for help. They came the same day and right off the bat impressed me by wearing covers on their shoes when they stepped in the house so they didn’t track in mud.
I showed them what was going on and then they went to work. Within an hour they’d diagnosed the problem, replaced the sump pump and piping, cleaned up and where on their way. Everything looks great, they were very polite and helpful. And best of all — my basement is dry.
