Established in 1984.

Mark Olson started Olson Dev LLC in 1984. He began developing subdivisions, designing and building the homes. He added bidding for Architects to his business about 15 years into it, and now has worked for some of Connecticut’s best Architects. Mark’s team work attitude makes him a sustaining resource for all facets of home development.

Mark has a degree in mathematics from U of FLorida — Gainesville. He has been drawing and sketching homes since he was a young boy.

He became a Master Carpenter, and worked hands-​on for years. He loves architecture and is versed in all styles.
