Established in 1998.
JMS Designs was started by Joy Silvi in her basement in 1998. At first, Joy was just doing reupholstery and window treatments, but as her customer base grew, so did her talents! Joy designs everything from baby nurseries to to dining rooms of five star restaurants! Today, JMS Designs is a leading interior design boutique in the heart of Bucks County.
