Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

My appointment was easily made later in the day to accommodate my work schedule. Arriving a minute late, I was recognized and greeted warmly by the receptionist. Other therapists waiting at the desk also gave me a friendly hello. My therapist, Veronica, came to greet me a minute later, offered water, and we discussed and agreed on the type of facial. The facial and neck massage was especially relaxing. Conversation was light and appropriate during the service. When it was over, another glass of water was offered and she led me to the front desk. As a member, checkout went quick, and I left happy and refreshed. That night and the next morning, I noticed that my skin looked great, bright and smooth. I’ve been a member for more than a year and find this location clean & neat, with easy parking. Massage & facials have always been excellent, and at a reasonable cost.

Management/​Owners are thieves. Double charged my Amex card but only gave me a receipt for a single charge in late November. I have called countless times to get this charge removed from my Amex account. I never get a return call from anyone that is a manager/​owner. I now have turned this matter over to Amex to get my refund since I have gotten no where making a call and expecting a return call to get resolution to this issue. The amount is $ 89.95 so its not like I can or would overlook it. The lack of response from management is frightening. They stole my money and won’t return it.
DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE OWNERS AT THIS location OR BROOMALL. SAME OWNERS…
They should be ashamed. Check your credit card accounts carefully if they have charged you. What a great way to make extra money hoping customer doesn’t scrutinize their bill closely. They picked on wrong customer.
I will take my business elsewhere and hope you get caught with your deceptive business practices.

Had a great massage yesterday with Layla. She listened to what I wanted and did a great job at her service. Nice, clean facility

My companion transferred a membership massage to me for the low price of $ 10 and I thought I was set. Was I wrong. My experience was not even worth that. The therapist seemed less than interested in her job let alone me, the music was too loud, the face cradle was incredibly uncomfortable (even after I asked for it to be adjusted), and I came out feeling worse than I went in. When using hot towels the therapist ground them into my skin and most of the massage consisted of her using her knuckles to rub up and down, not paying attention to any sore spots or particular needs I may have had. She even did not have enough control of my arms when massaging them to stop them from hitting her bosom multiple times. Stay away and save your money to pay for a real massage.
The day after: I woke up with a sore back and my partner said I am bruised. Do NOT go here.

I have had nothing but great experiences at the facility. It is clean, neat, and the staff is excellent. I have had swedish, hand massage, foot scrub, aromatherapy and recommend it all.

Had a great facial here while passing through town. I called last minute and they were able to get me in that same day. I’m a licensed cosmetologist so I know the business, and Mimi was great! She was professional, well educated, sanitary, and very kind. The space was clean and quiet. I would recommend
