Out of the four real estate attorneys that I worked with this year, Kelly Bonnevie is the only one that I can recommend and would use again. I have used her twice — once for selling, and once for buying. The quality of the work was excellent, and the fees were good. I wish I knew about her before the start of my most recent transaction.

What a pleasure it is to have a lawyer who is helpful, responsive, clear, professional and very, very easy to deal with. I started using WMB several years ago for a real estate closing and I was impressed with how much they were able to put me at ease while also helping me to feel like they were looking out for me and paying attention to detail. I recently used them again for help with my will, health care proxy and power of attorney and once again Kelly Bonnevie and the entire staff could not have been more helpful. They made some suggestions which I very much appreciated and explained everything to me along the way. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a law firm for any purpose.
