In all truth Team Walsh has existed about one year. David has been in business since 1978. The recent merger with Byron reflects a new dedication to working in the tech-​savvy world of 2013 real estate. David is a lifelong resident of the Boston area. Growing up in Arlington, starting a family in Waltham and finally landing in Newton, where he has prospered as a Realtor for three decades, David is a wealth of information on the development, progress and amazing undulations of the Metro West region. He rarely needs his GPS navigation to get to a property. More importantly, when he gets to the property, he knows what it’s worth.
