We had a wonderful experience having Ron Trapasso represent us for both a sale and purchase, and we highly recommend him for any real estate needs. After interviewing several realtors, we were lucky to come across him. We learned more from him in one phone call than all the other realtors we had dealt with combined!
Ron managed to keep us out of a bidding war on a high-​interest property by building a good rapport with the listing agent, getting us in early, and staying with us very late one Friday night to get our offer in. He also sold our previous home to qualified buyers within days of listing it. He successfully negotiated the key terms for both the purchase and the sale.
