Pave Tech

I have to start by saying I’m 100% satisfied and couldn’t be happier with Pave Tech.
We wanted to widen/​repave the driveway and add a brick walkway from the driveway to intersect with our main walkway so we didn’t have to walk across the lawn. Since we were widening and not just resurfacing, it was required by our town that we use a town approved contractor. Eddie, the owner, was required to apply for this before they could start the work and let me say, the approval process was arduous.
The town meets every two weeks to approve these requests. In short, after multiple phone calls, and the town losing paperwork, it was about 3 months until Eddie finally was approved. You’re wondering why I waited and didn’t just go with someone else? Throughout the whole process Eddie was persistent, would phone the permit office, and would even go down there to ensure things were moving along, and to get status. If I had questions he would respond almost immediately via phone call or text and he always kept me in the loop. He is by far the best contractor I’ve worked with. A standup guy for sure and a man of his word, which I find is hard to come by these days.

After finally getting approved, his team came out and finished all the work in just 2 days! It was quite amazing. The finished product was incredible and my wife and I couldn’t have been happier. Eddie even gave us some great suggestions on our initial design ideas that look great. Sure, we could have just went with another «approved» contractor but Eddie was such a good guy I just couldn’t do it.
One last thing…5 days after the driveway was done and we could park on it, I noticed a small amount of paver had washed away and left a small pot mark. I took a picture, sent it to Eddie, and a few minutes later he explained a small leak from my wife’s car (gas, oil, maybe antifreeze) can eat up the paver mix and the recent rain most likely washed it away. No worries though! Eddie told me to get the leak fixed and then he’d come right out and fix it for us. Again, why I stuck it out.
If you want a great experience with your project, I’d highly recommend Pave Tech. Just know that this kind of stuff means they are really busy so call sooner than later!

Most of my reviews have been of restaurants, and I never considered that I’d be writing one for a paving company. Nonetheless, I had a driveway paved after the original contractor botched it last year. Eddie from Pave Tech gave me an EXCELLENT price and his crew arrived promptly on the day scheduled. The first thing that impressed me was how friendly the employees were. I had a couple questions and they took their time in answering them and explaining the paving process. As for the work, they went above and beyond, even paving over a small recess by my bulkhead that wasn’t included in the original contract. I was overall impressed by the price, professionalism and efficiency and I would highly recommend Pave Tech.

We had a wonderful experience working with PaveTech and now have a beautiful new driveway. They were responsive, punctual, and provided top notch work.

Last fall, my contractor used Patch Tech did a driveway paving for our driveway. The project was a disaster. After paving, the garage starts has water each time rains, snow melt. the garage has always been our dry storage area. Now we can’t store anything valuable. In addition, there are many paddles in the middle of the driveway.
We were told the owner of the company agreed to come back «fix» the problem. Till now, more than 8 moths past, the problem still exist.
Do your favor, stay away from this company.

Eddie was very accommodating to my needs, as I was preparing my home for sale. Despite going on family vacation, Eddie made sure to schedule me and have a full team ready on a Mondayto make my driveway look incredible! I only wish that I was staying here in my home to enjoy it more!

Once the owner of the company was made aware of the situation he promptly reimbursed us for the clean up costs. His response renewed my faith in doing the right thing… I highly recommend them as I was incorrect in my prior summation that they do not stand behind their work. We would definitely use them again.

We just bought a house, and it needed a lot of work outside including repairing the garage floor, repaving the driveway, and demolishing and rebuilding our front and back steps. Since we were doing all this work — we figured we would add some planter beds and a put in a patio in the back as well. We bid out the job to several contractors and what struck me about Pave Tech was that they were the quickest to turn around the quote, the quickest to answer any questions I had, and were the most reasonable priced. Eddie and his guys did a terrific job — our yard with its new patio, steps, planter beds, and driveway look absolutely night and day different than before. Our job wasn’t small, but he was done in exactly two weeks even after we decided to add a walkway, garden bed, and sodding 4000 s.f. of lawn. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pave Tech to anyone. Eddie was true to his word in every way in terms of price and schedule. His crew was on time and friendly. Most importantly, the job came out great and my driveway is like-​new.
