We are located in Lifestyle place along with Massage Envy and European Wax Centers. We are here to provide you with science based fat loss and physical therapy services. Business Owner

Russell has a tremendous passion regarding health and fitness. Russell was a multi sport athlete playing Football, Hockey and Baseball. While studying physical therapy at Northeastern University Russell went on to play hockey at the Junior B level. After receiving his Masters, Russell and his wife moved to Houston, TX where they quickly established themselves as leaders in the Health Care Industry. Russell started On the Move Rehab, a home based physical therapy contract service for seniors. Russell and his wife, Danielle successfully sold the business to follow their dream of owning a Health Center focusing on body composition and physical therapy. They now reside in Wrentham with their young son Brady.

My husband and I started working with Russ 4 months before our wedding in June. Russ completely opened my eyes to a new way of eating and training for optimal results. His ability to read our bodies and know what we need and when, was a major change for me– I would not have been able to achieve the results I saw without Russ and the PPR team! The best part about these results is that they’ve really stuck with me. We’ve been married for 3 months now and we are still going strong with PPR!

I first started with Russell at PPR after a bad knee injury requiring surgery and lots if PT. I quickly gain both strength and confidence at PPR. I, like many clients, switched to training with Russell once my PR was done– and a year later– I am still here! Excellent private gym for lifting towards a goal. Not only do I get a workout program, but also diet recommendations, and supplement guidance. I recommend this gym to anyone looking for weight loss, muscle gain, or to increase performance in their sports or activities of daily living!

Russ — the owner– really knows his stuff! It’s only been six weeks and I’m already feeling –and looking — better. The gym is awesome, perfect location and top-​of-​the-​line equipment. I live in Medford and it’s an easy drive from he city.
This is the kind of gym where you’ll get 1:1 attention during every visit. Occasionally there are other folks popping in and out to use the equipment for their own workouts or using the sauna — huge perk! The gym is a fun, relaxed environment coupled with the good kind of «trainer motivation» that keeps you going. It allows you to have fun while working hard!
Along with the workouts I also get nutrition advice so that I can make good lifestyle changes along the way. Just what I was looking for! Russ definitely cares about each one of his clients and patients and it’s nice to get that personal, friendly feeling from a gym owner… one who actually cares!
I’d recommend this gym to anyone!
