One Stop Window Repair & Restoration

The owner Jeff Stein is a crook. Don’t be fooled by those ‘testimonials’ and Angies list listing. Jeff, took our $$ and ran!
Avoid this business at all costs. Came to repair broken windows in our building, he did show up (with his motely crew), but was stumpted as to how to fix said windows. It should have been a red flag, when he & his team could not answer some basic questions, that I researched on window installation. He destroyed the wood framing, trying to ‘fix’ our window. Left the window framing cracked, bent and warped the aluminum around the window, left sweaty greasy smudges/​finger prints all over the windows, as well as our walls.
Repeated calls to him to repair the damage he left, like others posted went unanswered. It has now been 2 months and crickets! Consider yourselves lucky, that this guy and his motely crew never graces your door. I will be filing a claim with the Attorney Generals office. Buyer Beware.

I read this other review and said «who cares» give the bloke a chance! So, I called the number listed… got a v-​mail and left a message ten days ago.
No response.
There are a lot of losers out there!
The key is to identify the losers… and avoid them.
And then find the professionals… and use them!
I have mainly found losers.

I called Jeff Stein about replacing some window cords. He replied promptly and came to our house a couple of days later to give an estimate. He asked if I wanted to have him do the work, or if we wanted to look around more before deciding. I said we wanted him to do it. He asked for a calendar and we chose a date, He wrote it down. A couple of days later I called to ask him a question about the work. He did not respond. I called several times, left messages. No response. Needless to say, he didn’t show up on the day we had scheduled. He just vanished. Poof!
