Needed to fix cracked grout in my shower (poor job by previous contractor) and Joe called me promptly to ask about my situation and give a quick diagnosis — explained that I probably didn’t need a full re-​grout job and that only the corners and the detached tub needed caulking. Great advice for a less-​than-​knowledgeable home owner.
When the contractor came, he needed to buy a special grout/​caulk mix for the job, which was fine, but he took two trips because he realized he bought the wrong type. We felt that we shouldn’t be charged for the re-​trip because it tacked on another half hour to the job — Joe again was very understanding and we worked out the confusion and costs very promptly.
Would definitely call again for future work, very easy to work with, fast, and quality repairs.

My wife called them 8 times today alone. They promise that they’ll get back to us but they never do, some customer service.

Nice people, called me right back and gave me a quote over the phone. The quote was a little high and I felt nickel and dimes by their per half hour charges (I’m not paying you 50 dollars to go to home depot for supplies).
