Went here recently and spent a long time browsing and chatting with Marcia. She was sweet and told me how she is now selling to her customers now grown children. Weird and cool! Check out the beautiful items in stock. Furniture, linens, buttons, jewelry, etc.

I think I accidentally hit middle age. On my day off, I went to the post office, a bakery, an antique store, a fabric store(coupon in hand) and learned how to use a sewing machine. Of course I’m 26 which means I’ll live until about 52 and never see the day when my non existent social security checks are stolen from me by my delinquent son-in-law, and if I’m really lucky, I might not even have gray pubes yet. Anyway, I went into Marcia and Bea(I secretly fantasize that the Bea is Bea Arthur) and found a great little treasure trove. Glass was 50% off and I found 2 very nice decanters to add to my collection. They had a ton of estate rings which the Kelly G. got all wide eyed for and a toddler’s kimono from the 30’s. It’s a nice spot to kill some time in if you find yourself in the area and have an affinity for mostly useless crap which you justify buying for yourself through whatever means necessary. Stop by and then go get some coffee next door or your nails did down the street to reestablish solidarity with your generation.
