Business Owner
I hold B.A. in Physical Education, Sociology and Anthropology from Bar Ilan University in Israel. At the Wingate Institute in Israel, I studied therapeutic back exercises and volleyball coaching. Subsequently, I received a M.Ed. from Boston University. I am a certified personal trainer and a Stott Pilates instructor, I draw upon my 20 years of teaching experience and this strong background in exercise physiology and kinesiology to design the safest, most effective and inspiring programs for my clients.
