IMFS LLC offers a wide variety of tax, bookkeeping, payroll and consulting services to individuals, including high net-​worth clients as well as small/​medium businesses. Our primary goal is building relationship with clients and be their trusted advisor.

Meet the Business Owner

Neil M.

Business Owner

Neil founded IMFS LLC in 2008. Neil brings in more than 15 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate compliance (Sarbanes-​Oxley, Payment Card Industry) tax and financial auditing. He has worked for multinational organizations like General Electric and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. As a six sigma trained individual Neil has lead various projects and has recommended best practices that has helped clients significantly.

Neil has an MBA from Southern Illinois University. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) & Cost Accountant from India. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Information Systems Audit (CISA).

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Illinois CPA Society and Massachusetts Society of CPAs. This definitely places IMFS LLC in a select group that have the capabilities and quality you expect.
