History

Established in 1976.

The store was started by 2 sisters Anna and Lillian as a do it yourself framing shop. After a few years Lillian left the business and Anna continued it with the help of her two children Kurt and Allison till she passed away in 1994. At that point Kurt and Allison took over the business and continued it together till early 2000 when Kurt took it over.

Throughout the years they have always strived to offer the best quality products and services. They have also built a reputation as one of the best frame stores in the Metro Boston area and have been voted «best frame shop» in the readers choice awards in 2009 and 2010. In the last few years the store has added many new products and services including 2 new web sites and a digital photo center.

Meet the Business Owner

Kurt N.

Business Owner

By growing up working in a family business I learned how to do things right. While I was going to college and working full time I also gained a lot of respect and knowledge for how to treat people and run a business. This is why my staff and I treat every customers with the care and respect that they deserve. I truly understand that my customers are what make the business successful and I do everything I can to make them feel as though they are my most important customer, because they are. My reputation and how we treat people is very important to me. I actually have a great number of customers that keep coming back year after year that have been with us from the day we opened. Now many of them are more than just customers, they have become friends.

It amazes me today when I shop how terrible the experience can be. Whether it comes from poor customer service or product quality not many people or business seem, to care anymore. I Care.
