Established in 2006.
Ferraro & Boule was founded by Attorney James R. Ferraro, who specializes in criminal defense, landlord/tenant law, and collections; and Attorney Rhonda S. Boule, who specializes in family law, business law and construction law. Both founding partners have had twenty years of experience in their respective fields. Prior to establishing Ferraro & Boule, Attorney Ferraro owned a solo practice in Waltham and Newton, and Attorney Boule worked for a business and family law firm in Newton.

Attorney James Ferraro has been in private practice since 1994, and worked as a solo practitioner prior to forming Ferraro & Boulé in 2006. Mr. Ferraro was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts in 1994, and is also a licensed real estate broker. Mr. Ferraro focuses his practice in the areas of collections, landlord/tenant issues, and criminal defense matters including assault and battery, motor vehicle violations, OUI, restraining orders and domestic disputes. Co-owner Attorney Rhonda Boule has been in private practice since 1993, has been a founding partner at Ferraro & Boulé since 2006. Ms. Boulé was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts in 1993. Ms. Boulé is a member of the Norfolk County Attorneys Representing Children Panel (ARC), and a licensed real estate broker, and focuses her practice in the areas of family law, construction, landlord/tenant, and collections.
