My EMS experience today was great. I needed a quick repair for my son’s bike. Mathew popped the chain back into place, cleaned the chain and oiled it up too. All for $ 10. How can you beat that?
While I waited, I perused the massive space. They have everything. The store is stocked to the gills. Besides the typical EMS fare, they also carry a great selection of gifts for kids & adults. Who knew? I picked up a frisbee that lights up, and 2 cool animal flashlights. I could have purchased more and spent another hour looking around.
I will be back.

This is a weird EMS. It can barely be noticed from the business of Needham Street. I almost passed by it, even while in the parking lot! My GPS said it was right next to me, but the whole building looks like it is part of an office park and the only sign telling you there is an EMS at that location is way above your head, 30 feet up on the side of the building.
I walked in and nobody greeted me. There wasn’t a single other person in the entire store, yet somehow I went unnoticed. I was just in there to see if they had any yoga blocks and mats, but couldn’t really find my way around. The place is very very well lit and clean, but I just couldn’t find what I needed, nor could I find someone to help me.
I did find the clearance area which was really nice and I’d have purchased some of the really good quality affordable stuff there if I had the budget at the time.
I left, again without any salutation from the staff. I may come back to check out their clearance area again, and hopefully get some kind of acknowledgement from the staff!

This store is always empty in the evenings when we stop in after eating at Chipotle. The staff are always friendly and offering assistance without stalking you as you walk around the store. The clearance items are generally good deals and they usually have a good selection of items. The one area where I wish they had more items would be the gels and Gu type products.

I’m not a huge fan of this place. I never have been. It’s overpriced and anything that they sell there I can find online for cheaper. Unless you absolutely NEED something asap and you can’t wait to find it online somewhere, then go here. Other then that don’t waste your time.

Awesome EMS. Ok, none are bad — but I like this one since its near my house, you can always park, and its never mobbed. So when you need service, you get it. I was impressed with shoe shopping there, they know their stuff really well. All kinds of cool gear, and there’s always something on sale.
