John Spino has been my attorney for business activities, estate planning, and real estate. There is simply nobody I trust more to provide me with legal advice and services. Not only does John represent me, he has also done estate planning work for my closest family members. They referred him to their closest friends. John did an outstanding job on my closing. It was my first time going through the process and he took the time to answer every question I had to ensure I was comfortable. It was a multi-​family property and he was very insightful on explaining matters pertaining not only to the closing but also landlord/​tenant laws. Whenever I called he was there and if I left a message he called me back promptly, outstanding customer service! His Paralegal Melissa was in touch with me to ensure all the paperwork was signed and was able to help coordinate dates for the closing, any questions I had she was right on top of it as well. He explained every page I had to sign at the closing, and there was a lot lol, making sure I was comfortable and protected. I can’t say enough good things about this firm, extremely professional, insightful, with great customer service! Highly recommend!!!

My wife and I hired Spino Law two different times for 3 different closings. First, selling a condo and buying a house. Then a few years later to sell that same house. His entire team was friendly, professional and very helpful. They took care of all the details, walked us through the mounds of paper work and explained each step to us in terms we could understand. When problems came up with a condo association and then with property lines disputes that could’ve held up our sales, they helped talk us through our options. When the realtors, bankers and other lawyers were panicking, John and his team stayed calmed and helped us do so as well, while solving all the issues and making sure our sales went through on schedule and without a hitch.
