Ordered a corsage and boutonnière for banquette.
I ordered on Tuesday for a Friday pick up. John was very short with me and told me what colors and ribbons would match and he literally walked off the older woman working with him asked if he was going to finish helping me and he made an audible sigh. (I should have walked out then)
We agreed on a jeweled bracelet, silver and blue ribbon, white roses, and jewels placed in the flowers.
Called to pick up on Friday and was told it was ready. Picked it up Saturday and it was literally a cut piece of tin with a ribbon rubber cemented to the metal and three (miniature) white roses no jeweled bracelet and no tiny crystals. $ 43.40???
Never will I use that sloppy excuse again!

Order flowers off a website for my mother’s retirement party. I was extremely disappointed by the result of John’s work. I paid for a large vase of roses to be delivered to her work. When they arrived it was a major disappointment. They were different flowers than we had originally ordered! He choose to put together a much smaller and cheaper arrangement. I went to see John and see if something went wrong in our ordering. He remarked that we should not buy off the website. I expressed my disappointment in the flower selection he put in the arrangement. He snapped at me saying he choose the flowers to get his profit out of it. I would not recommend them.
