Cox Solutions Store

Short and sweet! Signed up for a two year bundle at the Cox Solutions Store in Newton Kansas, starting 12÷06÷14. Bundle $ 146.78, price locked or so I was informed by the sales person with even a friendly reminder twice that this particular bundle would increase at end of the two year contract of $ 200+. Yesterday received an email reminder of monthly bill — $ 176.78. My bundle monthly credit had been decreased by exactly $ 30. Called Cox and was told this is normal at end of first contract year and that they just couldn’t understand why I was not told this when signing up. Cox main took December $ 30+ off but claim they can do nothing more.
WHY was I intentionally misinformed? It’s the year 2015 and I know this answer. Simply because telling a prospective new customer your locked for two and not one will generate MORE clients to make $$ on. Unethical and disgusting!
