Stellar work, and continued customer service. Safi and his team did a wonderful job installing soundproofing, radar, and stereo upgrades to my Audi S6. When the installation was done, the service began. They worked with me to tune the stereo system and make sure that I was completely satisfied with the job. Throughout the entire process, they were professional, attentive, and welcoming. The AVI team stands behind their work, takes pride in what they do and met my very high expectations in every way.
I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with AVI; they have earned my business and I will be taking all of my new cars to them in the future.

I had my windows tinted, a roof panel turned from white to black, sensors installed and a front camera on my CLA AMG 2015. They were recommended to me by the Mercedes dealership and I couldn’t be happier with the service and results. Safi is very bright and really into cars, so there is a lot of enthusiasm and commitment to satisfying the customer. I even got carried away and asked them what other customizations I could do and Safi actually said I had done enough. No upsell ! They have integrity and high quality.

Just added a subwoofer to my AVI installed system. As usual making the appointment and coming together on the equipment section was very easy. When I arrived for my installation they were ready and we fine tuned the equipment. The quality of work was excellent as I anticipated. The JL Audio amp and sub are very high quality and sound amazing, The price of the upgrade was competitive and I know that I receive a high level of service for my system investment. Safi called a couple days after the install to confirm I was happy with the performance and installation. Another high quality experience from a an excellent shop, I am a loyal customer.

I was referred to AVI Boston through Audi of Brookline to have an aftermarket iPod installation done. I have a 2006 Audi A6 which did not come with the Audi music interface. These guys did an amazing job putting in A device from Mobridge that allows you to completely control your iPod using the Audi steering wheel and MMI interface. They do a very professional job and take great care to make sure to keep everything in your car looking to read from the factory. They installed the module completely behind the glove box and you would never know wasn’t from Audi.

I priced out several places before I decided to get my windows tinted at Audio Video Integration. I asked my Audi dealer, a Mercedes dealer and Range Rover dealer where they would go for tints. Everyone, without hesitation, said to go to AVI and talk to Safi. They said it won’t be the least expensive but the work will be the best. Safi quoted me a rate and to my surprise it was lower than his competitors. I was very unsure about what tint to go with. He took pictures of different tints so that I could compare them. Their service is unparalleled. The work took less time than he quoted me. The reason you see some of the finest automobiles, sitting in the shop, is because those automobiles require the finest work and AVI is where they get it.

This is a top notch, professional service. I was very happy with my experience! There was one issue and they made every effort to correct it, and make me a very happy customer! I would certainly reccomend this place to any one of my friends.
Miserable people find anyting to WINE about! I don’t know how, or why they were not as happy as I was.

Not sure why these other guys had issues but my experience has been nothing short of awesome. I was referred in from Ferrari of New England and pretty much these guys are THE pros for high end audio and especially exotic work! Would not take my car anywhere else… Safi is wonderful and clearly he and his group know their stuff. My initial install was a pretty basic head unit swap, but in an exotic you do not want to take a chance.
I will be going back for some custom work on my Ferrari as well as modification of the soft top opening mechanism and invisible radar detector install
Don’t buy the negative hype, this shop is A+

Safi and his team installed a Passport 9500ci and window tint on my BMW. First class work. Gave me options through the install, kept me up to speed with developments and were really easy to work with. Would highly recommend them. If you have an exotic car this is the place to go.

AVI installed a few small but very important after-​market electronics in my lincoln aviator. The best part was that the radar detector and the vhf radio with remote faceplate kit really had an OEM quality placement and sat flush in my dash board and overhead console.
I find that this installation really paid off well, and it will pay off again because the radar is so sleek and subtle that it adds resale value the vehicle when the time comes.
These guys take pride in their work and treat your car like your making a show vehicle!

Safi and his team are great to work with. They have worked on two cars of mine over the last 7 years and their work is always beyond my expectation. Safi and his guys got to know me to understand the concepts I was thinking of and turned them into reality. He helped provide enhancement suggestions and options that worked within my budget. it was a collaborative effort that allowed for the system to be customized to my exact specifications.
Considering the love I have for my car and having the amount of work I had done takes a great deal of trust. Their professionalism and customer service gave me that piece of mind and comfort. Through out the install I was continually updated on the progress, cost, and completion date. Even two years later when something comes up with the system like a blown fuse or Iphone update I know I can call Safi who is happy to assist.
Their craftsmanship and attention to detail has to be admired and is complimented by their excellent customer service. I’m extremely satisfied with the work performed and the service they continue to provide me.

I wanted to upgrade the audio on my BMW X5 back in 2009, when I started looking at custom installations. Visited couple of shops, did lots of research on various components (speakers, amps, etc) and my visit to AVI help me firm up the plan for the upgrade. Safi was very helpful and explained me in detail what was involved and the estimated cost. They worked on the car for 2 days and the end result was very good and exceeded my expectations.
Forward 3 yrs, I needed to get some work done on my new Italian motorcycle and as expected, they did a superb job on the installation.
If you are looking to get high quality work done to your car, truck, motorcycle (or anything with an engine), look no further. These guys are the best in the Boston area and if they can’t do something, then no one can do it… period! Quality comes at a price and that is something you must keep in mind here.

Safi and the guys down at AVi are fantastic. I’ve had sat radio, Laser Interceptor, flip up front license plate and XPEL Ultimate installed on my 911 and Laser Interceptor, window tint and an Escort 9500ix integrated into my Cayenne this year. They also did a full detail on my 911 and it looks better than new. I did have a couple issues with the window tint and Sat radio (none of which is Avi’s fault) but Safi took care of all my warrantee problems quickly. I am a happy customer and will definitely use AVI again.

Great work. I’ve only seen fantastic attention to detail come out of this shop and customer service here is also great. The knowledge and experience these guys have are off the charts. I know I can bring my bikes or my cars there and always get exactly what i am looking for. And if i am unsure as to what i need, they are very knowledgeable and helpful to show me and find what suits my best needs.

I brought in my Trans Am that had a deteriorating installation from a Best Buy in 2003. I wanted to salvage as much of the system as possible while gaining back much of the «trunk space» I had lost. Safi was incredibly easy to work with, making really helpful suggestions about installation and equipment. He didn’t try to upsell me or convince me to get anything I didn’t need. He actually suggested equipment that was less expensive than pieces I brought up because they would fit my needs better. Safi was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the planning process.
My car ended up being a mess of an installation because of the earlier project. Safi and his guys were really patient and efficient in diagnosing the problems and finding solutions that fit my new installation needs. The finished product was incredibly neat and, most important, sounded fantastic! I’ve already gotten compliments on the improvements of this installation.
Other reviews mentioned Safi and AVI low-​balling their estimates… I did not have this experience. They met their estimate almost exactly; the only reason we missed is because we discovered a lot of internal problems from the previous installation that we didn’t know about beforehand. Safi negotiated the labor hours down to fit it into my budget.
I cannot recommend Safi and AVI highly enough. They’ll be my first call when I look to upgrade my car tinting and other a/​v components (which, due to their job, probably won’t be soon!). Thanks Safi!

Very dishonest business.
The guy Safi gave me a quote of $ 200 for speaker installations
and ended up charging me over twice that amount ($ 470) without any heads up on the price when I came over to pick it up towards the end of the day.
When I told him I didn’t bring enough money (obviously.) he just gave me a dirty look and told me I should get it before they close.
Need I say more? Doesn’t matter if they know what they’re doing… even thieves know what they’re doing, it’s more about running an honest and
reputable business.

I was a victim of this myself when I walked in to this guy’s review trap.
The owner posts fake 5 star reviews to compensate for the real honest crap reviews. Check the «Filtered Reviews» that amount to 10 of them. Two new ones as we see here.
